It’s an old property that really needs a facelift the rooms have rust and puckered paint and plaster. The rooms also have bugs in the carpets and bedding. Will not stay there again and will not recommend!

Everything was broke down. No gym. The room smelled bad. Air conditioning unit was broken. You had to pay for breakfast which was horrible and unappetizing. Forced to be *served* breakfast and we felt stared at an uncomfortable in the dining room by staff.

The lady at the front desk was very nice but the room was absolutely filthy! Lipstick on the blankets in the bed for just one example!! We paid for two nights but only stayed one. Couldn’t imagine going back in there the second night!

What an absolute dump of a hotel. Booked 6 rooms for our employees for 2 nights, over $2,000!!!who were working at the port. 3 of them didn’t turn up for work as they walked out of hotel. Would not stay there. Bring Easter weekend it was the only one available (I wonder why) sheets were dirty, bathroom had mold and hairs absolutely filthy. This hotel should be condemned. Please read all the reviews and don’t stay here. This hotel definitely needs a health inspection. Lost so much money and affected our business too.

I stayed exclusively at la Quinta for 2 years at my last job whenever I traveled and this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a hot minute. Staff was fine. Don’t recommended at all.

Absolutely disgusting! Checked in and received key to room. Went to the room and on opening the door, the stench of mold/mildew was overwhelming. The first thing I noticed after the smell was that the chair next to the bed had black stains on it. Don't know if it was mold/mildew, but was just repulsed enough to turn around and close the door. I wouldn't even let my wife in the door behind me as it was that bad. Went back to the front desk to "check out" and was told no refund would be issued, even though I had not occupied the room. I was offered another room, but the whole vibe of the place was terrible and I declined. DO NOT stay here!

Our stay here wasn’t horrible. Manager Margaret was absolutely phenomenal along with the breakfast which is honestly the only reasons we stayed the whole time. We had little tiny bugs in our bathroom coming out of the outlets. That was the only place they were. Housekeeping showed up and told us they would do nothing for us because we were in the room and blamed the fact we had a breast pump & kids for the bugs. Then while we were away for the day they came in took all of our towels without replacing, recaulked an outlet and laid sticky traps on the bathroom counter. Luckily Margaret was in the office and was able to make sure we got towels to use. It was all just a mess. Definitely wouldn’t go out of my way to stay there again but would if I had no other choice.

What can I say hotel has no identifying markings, room is barely clean, shower old dingy, moldy. Structure door frames rusting apart… in a sketchy area where you hope you’re ok…… not as advertised or pictured. Expedia could care less not their problem. Oh and $100 deposit to ensure you don’t ruin the room lol.

This is the worst hotel ever they don’t clean floor is dirty, roaches ,mildew also breakfast is not free as advertised Also housekeeping came in the room and never cleaned or changed the bed just gave us new towels And to make matters worse today the knock on our door wanted us to leave at 10:20 my husband said check out is at 11 and she call the POLICE WHO COULD DO ANYTHING OF COURSE MANAGEMENT SAID THEY NEED THE ROOM? Hello never again be care with this place It’s a shame my husband is a disabled veteran what a disgrace We stayed here before and we don’t know what happened new management for The worse Very shameful
