“Would not stay again!”

We stayed at this hotel the day before the lauching of the space shuttle Atlantis. We call before we arrived (at 3:00 am). and were assured that all we needed was our confirmation number and the payment for the room. After waiting in line behind two other people we told that even though we were paying in cash we needed a credit card #. I went back to the car to get the credit card, just outside the door, and the night clerk continued to wait on the next two people in line and did not allow me back to the counter with my credit card. In the meantime 3 more ladies were in line behind me. (only 1 clerk) The "gentleman" in front of me had a reservation for the next day and the clerk tried to explain that to him and his only response was " well, change it!" the clerk tried to explain that she could not accomodate his request because the rooms were already booked. He would not take no for an answer. Then the third "lady" behind me started complaining and walked to the front of the line saying she just wanted to check out. I pointed out to her that we were all waiting in line and she would have to wait her turn. Unfortunately the clerk went ahead and waited on this "lady" and then went back to dealing with the customer whose reservation was not until the next day. Needless to say at 3:00 am in the morning this did not sit well with any of us who were waiting in line, and especially me since this was my second time in line . I will never go back to this motel again. TERRIBLE service!

Hotel was very poor quality They did not do the wake up call No soundproofing bed was marginal room seems cheap

Looks like the site has finally fixed the amenities section. Showed complimentary breakfast when I booked last week, but front desk told us no. I see that the breakfast is now gone from the amenities list. Stayed for a single night. Beds were okay and room was fairly clean. Don't expect 4 stars for a 1 star price. My kids were disappointed that the pool was not open. Always nice to take a quick dip before getting ready for bed. It was only 9pm and the gates to the pool were locked. It was May and 85 degrees, so it should be open in my opinion.

Ok hotel for the price. Beds were clean. Housekeeping was a little sub-par in the vacuuming department. and you have to go to front desk to ask for coffee packets. Cafe attached to office has decent food at decent prices. All in all not bad for a stop over.

Room smelled of bleach, had only part of coffee maker, and micro was missing, but the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Changed our room. Everything else was fine

“Days Inn Cocoa”

We stayed at this place just one night on our way to a Disney cruise. I wanted to save some money for the cruise instead of spending more on a hotel. Since we got in late and left early it was a decent place to stay. I would not want to stay in this hotel for any other extended period of time beyond what we did. It was clean, outdated, but clean. I felt safe. It was right off the freeway so very close to the main roads. It was also quiet there. They did give us free breakfast vouchers with our stay, but we did not use them. We did not use the pool or any of the other facilities. All in all it was a nice, decent stay. I did not expect much more for the price I paid, but was happy with what I did get and it wasn't much different or worse than other reviews of the place. I actually was expecting it to be a little worse than what I found it to be. For a short, quick, inexpensive stay, it was worth it for us to put our money into other venues. Since we had a car it was very close to places to eat and some convenience stores. If you are going on foot, most of those places will be quite a walk.

The staff was very helpful. Nice place to eat,good food. Just felt unsafe in my room.
