“Great Service”

The manager more then helped me, I made a mistake with my reservations. The manager took the time to contact expedia and work with me to get this straightened out. Great job

“Overall very happy”

The Hotel staff were extremly helpful and friendly. We weren't aware that you had to pay extra for the cleaning service but that wasn't an issue. Very close to everything in Melbourne including the beaches. There is a lot of construction next to the hotel, so that was a bit of a bother. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again.
