“Dated but spacious, comfortable and well appointed”

The 2 bedroom suites are spacious and well equipped with an adequate kitchen area and a large lounge with sofa, dining table, TV etc. There are 2 good sized bedrooms, both with walk in closets There is a single bathroom with bath and very effective shower head. The master bedroom has a king size bed which was very comfortable. The decor was in quite good condition but rather dated with typical Florida pink and green colours from the 1990s. We felt the hotel was generally very good value for money and particularly suited to families. The piece de resistance is the central tropical garden with swimming pool, outside games, picnic tables and gas barbecues. We were lucky to be upgraded to a room overlooking the garden which is very attractive and well thought out. The beach is only a short walk away, ideal for watching shuttle launches (when they do actually go ahead !)

“Just booked a return visit!”

Great location and excellent value. Actually better than expected after reading some of the reviews. Clean, comfortable accommodation with all the basic amenities. The only fault I found was a strange musty smell in the wardrobes - almost like someone had been smoking in them. The pool was great for my daughter to practice synchronised swimming routines in (8ft deep)! And we watched a satellite launch as we sat on the lovely sandy beach and swam in the 7ft atlantic waves. We had a poolside room but were not disturbed by any noise from down there. Just booked a return visit for a whole week in October so hoping the weather is as good.

“Decent Hotel on Cocoa Beach”

The Hotel was in a very good location adjacent to the beach and only a few mins walk from the likes of Ron Jon's etc. Rooms were quite basic, but adequate.....beds were very comfy. We arrived at 11:00am and enquired if we could leave our car in the car park...the guy at the front desk said he would do better than that and checked us in. The pool and grounds were great too. On a slight negative, the shower was very noisey and could be heard by everyone in the main room and the hair dryer would only work on the lowest setting.

“Smokers Heaven - Hell for others”

Smoking allowed on balconies/corridors outside room doors which are next to other room doors.Witnessed one Chap smoking in His room and People were hanging around the central pool drinking & smoking & being obnoxious.
