Lovely property in the centre of Ajaccio. Walking distance to shops, markets, and locals attractions. Staff very friendly and professional. Roof top restaurant/ bar is elegant and tranquil.

I stayed in the studio, which isn’t actually in the hotel but in the building opposite. It was awful, not 3-star standard certainly. One of the main issues was really the smell, a mixture of damp and smoke. Disappointingly all my clothes smelt of smoke by the time I left :(.

Hotel in a great position for visiting the city. Room was big and clean but very basic. The roof terrace is good to have a drink with a view but forget about the pool, it is really too small compared to the pictures. Staff was helpful. There is a public parking close by, ask for hotel discount at the front desk.

Excellent location steps away from great places to eat in lovely Ajaccio. Generous breakfast on a beautiful sunny rooftop space that overlooks the port. Wish my stay was longer than one night!

You can't have a better location for an hotel in Ajaccio. Right in the middle of the old city and quiet! The restaurant/bar on the roof top is amazing and a spa pool en plus! Very clean and quiet, That's it!

The location was perfect. The restaurant on the roof has an incredible view and is worth the stay alone. Some of the rooms are very small though. Otherwise, it was a very nice experience

We went for the Ajaccio semi-marathon and it was in the perfect location for that. However, when we asked for directions to the location to pick up packet for the race, it was a huge hassle for them to help us with directions to the sports store a half hour away. "Use your GPS," was the response. I explained that my "international plan" that I paid for on my phone had not worked my entire trip and thus had had no service anywhere in France. One girl did print me a map, but the cost of the bus and how to pay, the location of the stop, and which direction to go we had to glean from other passengers. No Ubers. Thankfully I speak French. Asking for change for even a small euro bill (20E), was always a problem, even though this was to leave a tip for the cleaning staff and the breakfast staff; who were WONDERFUL. Finally, we used the gym to prepare for the race and was another reason we chose the hotel. It was super. However, the spa with the jacuzzis were not labeled anywhere as "PRIVATE" on the door (nor were they locked when in use,) so I entered several times looking for my coworker who said she was going there after her run. The people who had paid to rent the spa kept glaring at me and I finally said I was just looking for my friend, clueless to their situation. While this was probably all on the "website," inaccessible to me, I had no way of knowing that it was any different than the open gym. No VIP perks whatsoever were given. Riot on Sun closed everything there

Location was excellent. Our room was small, the bathroom was even smaller, not very comfortable. The hot water was unpredictable, got hot and cold during showering. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Disappointing property
They were not aware of our breakfast included conditions or that we can check-out later. The room was terrible, with very little space and almost no light. There was barely any room between the bed and wall. There was no fridge and no parking. We did not feel very comfortable overall and I would not want to recommend this property.

A generally nice place and very well located. But am disappointed they told me too late the pool would be closed. They offered me a free cancellation but during the busy summer season this was not possible. Prices elsewhere go up dramatically by the day. Knowing the facilities I expected would not be available, a notification coming immediately instead of 3 weeks later would be the decent thing to do.

Great location! Hotel Fesch is in the beautiful old part of Ajaccio a short walk from the railway and bus stations, the beach, the ferry, eating places, shops & just about everything worth seeing in Ajaccio. Close to an excellent boulangerie & nearby crepe & gelati cafe, too. Double glazing & shutters on the windows make the room noise-proof, too. Comfy beds, clean room, shower in the bath a bit weird but easy to master once you get used to it.

Noisy hotel location
This hotel is located in pedestrian area and it was not possible to find not too far any parking to unload the luggage. The hotel is close to museums, port and shopping. However, there is a bar on the same street and loud music on Thursday night was well into early hours disturbing the sleep even with the closed window. It is probably even worse on weekend. The soundproofing of the rooms is not good and loud voices in the next room were clearly heard, which also was not very good for sleeping. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The staff at reception was very good.

Great trip to Corsica with a hotel that is centrally located and near to the market and the beach. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, the hotel is clean and easy to check in and out of. Location is the very best. Wifi is just ok, there is only breakfast at the hotel, but it is surrounded by cafes.

This is a nice hotel in a good location. The staff were friendly. The room was clean, the bed was ok, has air conditioning, a mini fridge and a safe. The bathroom was small but the shower was great. It was fairly quiet apart from other guests going in and out of their rooms. I didn't have the breakfast as it was 12 euros which I thought was a bit pricey.

Ideal Central Located Hotel
Hotel Fesch is a 3 star hotel in the very centre of Ajaccio. It is 3min walk to the marina which has superyachts and small pleasure craft together with local fishing boats. There are lots of places to eat in the marina. The nearest beach is 10min walk away. It is small but perfectly fine and the sea was warm. It became humid after about 4pm and into the evenings but that might just have been for the time we were there rather than being the norm. Hotel was ideally located, 15min walk to the train station. Hotel Fresc was good as a place to base yourself. Being central, directly outside are many cafes, patisserie's and restaurants. Ajaccio seemed expensive to eat out. A bottle of water was between €4 and €6 in cafes and restaurants. We discovered a 'Spa' supermarket 10min walk away from hotel fresh and stocked up on bottled water. The exact same water at the Spa was €0.69 compared to minimum of €4. Coffee in cafes was between €3.50 and £4 but the discerning traveller will find it less, such as at Paul's Boulangerie (the Paul's chain) next to the Spa for €1.80. The number 5 bus will take you all the way down the coast, max of 30min and stops at many lovely beaches. Bus is €1 each way. Again the No 5 bus is near the Spa supermarket. Ajaccio was a good place for 3 days stay. The train connections to significant towns of Corsica are good. I recommend hotel Fesch for it's central location, effective air conditioning, comfort and kettle and fridge in the rooms.

Nice hotel close to everything. Room is modern and fully renovated recently. Beware of the room facing the busy street in the heart of town. It gets very loud until midnight (i.e., Sat music loud speakers right under the room). Asked the hotel for a quieter room and was given perhapa one of the loudest room.

In the centre of Ajaccio. Hotel has been totally refurbished, a part from the bedrooms. Bathrooms are brand new, thought. No parking, but you can park on the street for a pretty cheap price. Overall good, and good cleaning.

Right in the action, and when l say action, l mean 3 cruise ships worth of tourists wandering the streets! But the hotel was very quiet (l had a rear room).. Comfy bed.

Staff at Fesch speak English . Exceedingly helpful with any request. We wouldn't hesitate to return.Arriving by Ferry at7am hotel a short walk,also easy walk to Railway station. Gave us a room as soon as possible. Frisch is very central to shops and restaurants.
