Superb budget hotel, very clean, staff polite and welcoming. You can't ask anymore from this hotel for the price. Dont forget to ask for the hotel discount ticket for the carpark!

It's a low budget hotel, same as any other ibis, very simple room but at the end it's a place to spend the night. Cheaper than most hotels but not by far.

“Fine for short visit”

Hotel was perfectly adequate for what we wanted - 3 days in Sheffield for a meeting. Room was on small side but perfectly clean. Breakfast was on the bais side but again, adequate. Staff were helpful. Good location for local transport and ceentre of town

“Sheffield Steel”

The Ibis in Sheffield is perfectly situated for the Tram and for parking. The part of town it is in is presently undergoing regeneration so you shouldn't judge the city from the view from your window. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very tasty. This is the third Ibis hotel I have stayed at but the first in the UK and all three have offered consistent standards. I would certainly recommend staying there to friends and would do so again myself. The only downsides to this hotel were the location is in a part of town that looks as though it is under construction and that the beds are a little on the soft side for me but that really is a personal preference thing. All in all a pleasant hotel.

“Good value for money”

Staff were really friendly on arrival and also very helpful. There were 8 of us split across 4 rooms and were coming in at different times, but also booked by one person, so a little bit different to your usual checkin, but they were great with helping sort it all out.
