“A perfectly unexceptional hotel except...”

Desk staff were polite and efficient. The room was to a good standard. It met all the requirements of a mid-range chain hotel, but... It had the deadly combination of the thinnest walls and noisiest plumbing that you could imagine.

“Staff good. Noise bad.”

The staff at Cutler's could not have been more helpful and courteous. The room was good value for the price, especially compared with London rates. The problem: windows are not double-glazed, and building lacks soundproofing. Kids outside made noise until 1:00 a.m. and construction noise woke me at 6:00. Optional breakfast was expensive.

Traveller's tip
There's a McDonalds 1/2 block away and several Starbucks. Go have breakfast there.

“Klassisches Cityhotel”

Zentrale Lage, nette Bar, etwas bieder und altbacken. Aber sauber und bemühtes Personal. Ein wirklich "ordentliches" Hotel in fußläufiger Lage zu Bahnhof, Theatern und Shopping.
