Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff was very polite and courteous. Building is a little old but hotel staff keeps it up and running great! Will definitely book again.

Didn't hate it or love it. Just keep your expectations low. Customer service is so-so. Your Spanish language skills will be an asset but you will be okay without. If you just need a place to rest your head while you enjoy the island, then the value is worth it. If you expect a true resort style place, then this isn't the place for you. Access to the beach via a boardwalk is nice. Don't rent chairs without first seeing if they are unlocked as people just take them without paying. Frozen drinks are on the weak side and not worth the price.

Property was a bit dated but very clean. Check in/out was easy. Bar happy hour not great. Rooms a bit noisy at night from people in hall. Need seals around doors and maybe some sound proofing in hall walls. Free breakfast was great, nice staff.
