We stopped here for 4 nights recently and had a fantastic stay. There are good amenities nearby. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. Also enjoyed a dip in the hot tub and stat gazed. 5 out of 5 and will be back in the future!

Would stay here again without question
Loved our stay at Hotel Örk, it was clean, comfortable & very family friendly. Breakfast was nice & a great variety of options for all. Games room to keep the kids amused & a nice outdoor heated pool for the adults as well as kids. Staff were very welcoming & friendly which was also a great touch.

This was my favorite hotel of all our stays throughout Iceland! Spacious, clean, friendly… everyone was kind and helpful. And the peanut butter in the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!

Loved the hot tub and sauna, as well as the staff, room and location. One thing I will say is it can get loud some nights, as there are often groups of kids staying as well.

This is an older property that has begun updating; however, we were in the older section. We did receive a coupon for a complimentary drink but we were too tired to use it. There is a lot to do with younger children: pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong etc. The breakfast was really good, much more than we were expecting and the staff were very friendly I would recommend this hotel when travelling with children The location is great too.

Good hotel in a great location. Great hikes, easy parking, good breakfast and friendly staff. Good walkable restaurants. Rooms are a bit outdated. Smart TV would have been nice to be able to watch movies together.

The service was excellent. The staff was very attentive. There was construction during our stay, so it was very noisy for a few hours. There was a used Band-Aid in our bathroom and the shower didn’t work properly. We liked the breakfast, the pool and the games.

Good clean hotel with comfortable rooms
The hotel was in a good location, central and close to several restaurants. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Slide door to bathroom was a bit hard to open but otherwise all was great with this hotel.

We could tell the property conditions were not new/upgraded, but the guy at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. We also liked the small gift/shopping section at reception. Bathroom needs a lot of work: need to extend the glass of the shower so water doesn’t spray out, limited counter space, and bathroom door is very hard/heavy to open and close. Room needs more trash can. We liked the breakfast: very big variety and selection, very pleasantly surprised by the hot stewed tomatoes which seemed unique, and the cookies were great. Breakfast staff were attentive during breakfast service, continuously replenishing things.

Very nice hotel close to the main road around the island, but quiet. They have a swimming pool and hot tubs. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Nice bar and restaurant on site.

Despite what the listing says AND the arrival note from the hotel, the hot tubs are not open (due to hotel renovations) and the pool is freezing. This is the main reason why we paid a little more to book this hotel and we were very disappointed. Additionally, the family room we stayed in, in the basement, was very loud. Any time someone above us showered or flushed a toilet, it sounded like a river was running through our room. And there was a dripping sound outside our window ALL night. I would not stay here again.

Easy one hour car drive to the airport. The restaurant was great and the hotel staff were very helpful. Coffee, snacks and beverages are available 24/7 in the lobby.

Property and rooms were super clean. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was well worth it with a variety of food choices. Dinner in the restaurant was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed a second time on our trip back. We were not disappointed!!
