Stayed in the double city view, from the moment I drove up, the service was great. bags were removed from my car, and I was showed the way to reception, on the 35th floor. when you come out the lift the view is amazing.
The room was amazing, the view of tower bridge was brill... bed was nice, the bathroom had a TV, warm seat on the toilet. so many things plus nice bath robes and soft towels.
it was an amazing experience, the pool on the 52nd floor was really nice. I would definitely recommend the visit.
was suppose to have a welcome drink, but didn't get it, that I didn't like. didn't complain as I felt the mistake shouldn't have happened.

This was our 2nd stay. It was my partners 50th birthday celebration and the hotel went to a lot of effort! We were given bubbly and a chocolate birthday cake- unexpectedly. The rooms are spotless and adequate, but there is no bath. The bed was extremely comfortable and there is daily laundry service.
My only request would be to have some fresh milk in the room fridge instead of UHT . The coffee at breakfast needed to be hotter and less strong, but the staff were more than willing to help.
Superb hotel, will definitely be going back!

The Hotel is in a great location. Wonderful view of Big Ben and Parliament and the London Eye.
The most important part of staying here was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They
made you feel at home and were very professional. I would highly recommend this place.
I was looking for a 10 night "home" in London where I could walk to practically everywhere. Not only did I find a great location but the Mercure London Bridge also has the perfect mix of informality and professionalism. The foyer/lounge/reception area is well set up. Quite unusual and I really liked it.
It was luck to pick such a nice hotel. Took my son(14) and daughter(18) for a vacation from the US. Modern, clean, bought sightseeing bus ticket there, good location, and the kids liked it. If the kids are fussy eaters there is American style breakfast there.
Stayed here 6th-8th June 2015. Arrived early and were pleased that there was a room available for us. Room was clean and fresh and a good size. Hotel is about a half mile walk from London Bridge tube station and in a nice area with lots of cafes and bars in the area. The Shard, Tate Modern, London Bridge and the Tower of London are all within walking distance. Would recommend hotel as a good base that isn't too expensive
Nice accommodation- little way out & a good 10 minutes from Borough tube. Great little apartment - well equipped, etc. staff were indifferent to day the least - actually rude. Asked for bins to be emptied as instructed in the booklet in the apartment - the man on reception hardly looked up & said bring it down. Not at all welcoming - great place with new staff.

Excellent and friendly staff. Comfy rooms. Workout facility's and spa gave me everything I needed. Only issue was the women's spa Shower was difficult to operate resulting in some flooding of the bathroom in the spa area.
Would absolutely recommend to everyone!
