"Was nervous about the service but was blown away!"
I booked this hotel for my and my brides honeymoon. I had read some of the reviews and though the hotel looked gorgeous we were a bit worried about reviews calling out the service being subpar for the hotel. This was not even remotely found to be true by us. From check in to check out every single person we came across was nothing but polite and accommodating. We ate at the restaurants located in the hotel (all of them were 5 stars too) and got a couples session in the spa area downstairs. I'm a really big guy so I was nervous but Hamza was awesome and I felt great afterwards. My wife had Ribhh and she said it was amazing too. We're looking to book a couples session for my Wifes parents.
I really can't say enough about our stay. We told them it was our honeymoon when making the reservation and they left rose petals on the bed in the shape of a heart and a big piece of cake in the room. We checked in after midnight and was given a cold and refreshing drink and a cold towel to wipe our faces with. We talked about making this a monthly thing for a weekend. We stayed in room 1702 and even though it's the second cheapest room, had a great view.
As a tip, their room service is great but a bit pricey. The thing is most of their portions were big enough for 2 so we just would order one thing and split it. We told them when ordering it and they would serve the one dish as two. Seriously, this place was simply amazing. We hated to have to leave.
