Hotel do midi is in a gorgeous location overlooking the water. The view from my sea from my sea front room was beautiful I could stare at it all night. Very convenient having the beach club right downstairs as well. My room however was quiet noisy as I could hear a lot of drum bling through the air vents.

Stunning views, lovely staff and a private beach!
Stunning location with breathtaking views. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I was traveling on my own so the option of half board (dinner + breakfast) was perfect. All the meals were fresh, local, and delicious. My room was clean, had a/c which was easy to control, and was very comfortable for the week. The direct lift to the beach below was easy and quick and the beach was perfect after a long day of exploring the region. Guided trips to Pompeii and other sites can be arranged by the hotel if needed. But really, with sea views and the perfect little beach on your doorstep, Cocktails on the terrace (try the Hugo Spritz) why would you want to leave?

We had a lovely stay. The room was huge with a balcony, where we watched the sunset every evening. It was clean and modern. The hotel has a private beach that is only accessible by hotel elevator. Staff was friendly and helpful and even made sure we had a car transfer to the Napoli train station super early in the morning. The town itself is not very touristy, so it's quiet but not many restaurant and shopping options but it is just 15 minutes from Sorrento by train. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel, great room, amazing sea view from the room. The staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was good.The hotel has a lift that gives access to a quiet beach… the city itself is less touristy than other cities nearby which was great for us. I would love to go again. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel
Good location; friendly, helpful staff. Hotel could use a little updating. Shower was hard to get in and out of. Was in a bathtub and wasn't covered by anything halfway of bathtub so shower sprayed all over bathroom unless you directed into the wall. Overall nice hotel to stay at for our 3 nights.

This hotel is a hidden gem so peaceful & relaxing. Our room with balcony the views were spectacular, the sound of the sea waves, the sunset breathtaking. The staff is courteous & buffet breakfast, dining menu delicious & romantic view of the sea. It is walking distance to shops & other dining options. Cute town.

The food , service & specially the views where unforgettable. Would stay here again . The rooms may need some updates but they are clean and comfortable, plus the views from the balcony as well as restaurant make up for this .

Superb location. Sea views are amazing. Breakfast was great but our meal in the evening was not very good. Ideal if you want to travel around, as Station is nearby.

Amazing view, private beach
Nice hotel, not really 4 stars, but confortable and quite clean. Good breakfast, very good restaurant and friendly staff. The view from the restaurant, terrace and seawiev rooms is absolutely amazing! The private beach is a huge advantage, as there are very few beaches in Vico Equense, but Renting a sunbed, an umbrella and a towel is charged with about 17 euros/day, even for hotel guests. Rooms need some renovation

Could be so much more!!
Fantastic location and all the elements to be a fantastic hotel but there is nothing/nobody pulling it all together. Currently definitely not 4 star! Staffed by maximum of three people at any time it is nothing more than a comfortable place to stay with a marvelous outlook, which is such a shame.

Great view and location, but....
This is a hotel with an amazing view, in a very nice and convenient area. Going there off-season in November , their first time opening at this time of year, it was quiet, mostly, but we had the feeling costs were being cut. A cold buffet breakfast, in a cold sea-facing dining-room is not comfortable. The water in the room, after three requests, rose from tepid to somewhat warm in baths with a hand shower. The staff were as helpful as I guess they were allowed to be. It's a shame, as a lot of money has been spent on refurbishment.

Great location but who give it 4 Stars?
Hotel got great location, but it is only one good thing witch I can say about it. Room was small with old fashion furniture, got tiny bathroom with horrible condition (mould in shower).Even towels was poor quality (was looking more like kitchen staff than proper bath towels). Got private beach but You need to pay for sunbeds. It's horrible to find parking space and if You're lucky You can park on the street but You must pay (about 12 Euro by day). Hotel got old fashion poor restaurant only with good view by the window. WiFi wasn't working. We are very disappointed. For us this hotel shouldn't have 4*.

This is a beautiful hotel overlooking the Mediterranean, great location, close to train, restaurants, the square. Our room didn't face the sea but it had a beautiful cliff view and a peak of the water...couldn't ask for more. The front desk staff is a completely different story; when we checked in we ask if the room had a view of the sea, the day shift clerk rudely replied not at this rate...the clerk that came on after him was equally surly, however the night shift clerk was outstanding, answered all our stupid questions, put up with our inability to speak Italian and even took us to the train station when we left...he was about 20 and very eager to please; you will know him if you stay at this hotel and you can rely on him for everything you might need. The room was spacious for Europe but the shower was ridiculous; about 2x2 with doors that slide half way back on each side; once you get in you are greeted by a really nice, huge rain shower head that is mounted about 5' 10" above the floor...a little difficult for a man that is 6'3"....this sounds very negative but we would stay there again in a minute. Vico is a beautiful town and very close to every thing, small, very homey and away from other tourists.

amazing view, great private beach. 4 train station away from sorrento (15 minutes) Breakfast can be improved, morning staff should be more welcoming. wifi is not always available. the signal is very weak in the rooms u have to stand in the lobby to get a good connection.

Private Beach
There are not that many beaches that are accessible in this area, not to mention very private. This facility has its own beach and swim area not shared with the marina or docks like a lot of the others that we observed. Relaxation was completely achieved at the opening of a beach side umbrella. Cheers.

We were treated really well while staying at this hotel. We paid for the sea view room, breakfast, and dinner. The view was breathtaking and the food was wonderful. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel and Vico Equence.

Hotel da 150 €/notte senza garage, impianto riscaldamento rumoroso e inadeguato, no coperte aggiuntive, no accappatoi bagno. A richiesta di chiarimenti, risposte assurde (stanza ad angolo, stanza grande, l'albergo è nato per soggiorni estivi, …). Allora perché aprite a Capodanno?

Вид и только вид - главное достоинство! В остальном, если вы не слишком взыскательны к комфорту и не избалованы (и к тому же чуточку говорите по-итальянски) - можно смириться. Номер малюсенький (не зря по-итальянски комнату зовут камера)) Берите обязательно (!) с балконом- не пожалеете. Лучше вида в Вико Экуэнсе нет пожалуй. Рядышком смотровая площадка и церковь - туда все ходят пофотгафировать и поглазеть - а из номера такой же вид на залив и везувий но приватный. Персонал приветливый, но лучше вооружиться разговорником - с английским сложновато. Выморозила платная вода в номер (2 евро за бутылку 0,5 + room service charge 10 евро) - это некрасиво.

Un cauchemar!
Hotel sur la route unique pour Sorrento. Bruyant dehors mais aussi à l'intérieur avec les portes qui claquent jour et nuit et le bruit du restaurant au-dessus des chambres. Réveil au petit matin pour aller à la messe. Chambre petite avec une fenêtre digne des cachots de "Montecristo". Petit déjeuner sans produits locaux (kiwi, pommes et bananes dans une region qui regorge de fruits en ce debut d'été, fromage hollandais au pays de la mozzarella!). Gestion dilettante mais le public vient essentielement par car et la qualité n'est pas la priorité. Mais le prix reste tres élevé pour des prestations médiocres. Wi-fi lent.

Не хотелось даже уезжать
Удивительно красивое место, все номера (кроме 401) смотрят на залив, пляж внизу свой, добираться из а/п на автобусе по расписанию просто (10 евро), ж/ст рядом и Везувий, Помпеи, Неаполь, Сорренто без проблем. Залог не нужен, администраторы рисепш всегда на месте, доброжелателен и любезен, завтрак сытный плюс вид из окон на залив и Везувий добавляют позитив. Рекомендую всем как отличный вариант для отдыха в Неаполе.

Хороший отдых
Прекрасный видовой отель.Отдыхали восемь дней в августе 2015. Очень аутентичный городок, все друг друга знают. На отельном пляже россиян кроме нас не было.Немного странное обслуживание в номерах: таблички "не беспокоить" нет, опознавательных реклам отельного ресторана, бара и пр. услуг тоже нет, убирать могут прийти в 9 утра, кода ты еще спишь, а таблички то нет... Отдохнули прекрасно, море великолепно, городок чудесный, много кафешек и уютных тупиков. Все очень доброжелательны, шутят и не в этом регионе кухня удачнее чем на итальянской адриатике (на наш вкус). Наверное вернулась бы еще раз сюда, но предпочитаю отдыхать каждый раз в новом месте, исключение делаю только для Франции.

מלון עם נוף חלומי בשכונה קסומה
המלון בנוי על צוק פונה לנוף משגע. נוף מהחדרים וממרפסת חדר האוכל. שהינו לילה אחד היה נפלא . הזוג השני היה בקומה שמתחת לחדר האוכל של ארוחת הבוקר והתעוררו עם שחר בשל הזזת וגרירת שולחנות וכסאות. מעבר לכך מלון מומלץ.

Vous ne serez pas déçus par la vue, mais c'est tout. Chambre propre mais plus basique que dans un Ibis. Ameublement neuf mais pauvre. Chauffage commandé par la réception (en clair, si vous voulez un degré de plus ou de moins, il faut demander à la réception). Et attention : on vous demandera de régler votre chambre même si vous avez réservé via Expedia (attention à ne pas payer deux fois !).
