Staff were amazing. The free shuttle bus goes morning and evening which is great but not early-mid afternoon Location is amazing for the view but it is about 20 minutes up into the hills. Overall very good and would return

Why sleep in a crowded city when you can sleep in the sky or 450m above sea level or Sorrento with a view that is breath taking. The free included hotel shuttle was only 20min to get to the city and this hotel gets you closer to Amalfi coast anyway. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was excellent and empty. We would go back for sure. Plus a great restaurant on site. Very relaxing.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was mediocre with limited choices. The view from the hotel was spectacular but as it is on a major road very busy and noisy. The hotel provided transportation to the city centre which was great.

Rooms were not huge but very functional, all Staff were terrific and spoke excellent English. Cannot say a bad thing about this Hotel, beautiful views, clean, nice pool.

Wonderful stay at hotel prestige, shuttle was an added bonus although would have been amazing if there was a couple more in the afternoon to not be as restricted although there is a bus stop opposite! All The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly! Reception helping us arrange transfers and hair dresses! Couldn’t fault the customer service! Breakfast had a larger choice then expected which was good and always very Fresh. Beautiful view from out superior sea view room with large balcony.

The hotel staff are amazingly helpful and they are extremely supportive, welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very clean and the room is cozy. The hotel is far from the city stores and restaurants and the limited shuttle runs to city central pushed us to rent a car to have the freedom of moving around. Parking is affordable “5-6 euros per night”. Swimming pool overlooks a spectacular scenery however it’s compacted in size. Breakfast is good but no hot meal service and the only meat served is pork “which is the norm in Italy”. It was a great stay and great experience!

The staff was excellent - welcoming, helpful and kind. The room was clean and the location was beautiful. It was nice having a shuttle to take us to and from Sorrento. It would have been nice to have a few more shuttles in the afternoon. Having access to a pool was nice as well. Wasn’t sure we would use it but we did. Overall it was a great stay!

This property is a big far from the center of Sorrento but they have a shuttle that takes you to the center and picks you up for free. The customer service was amazing! They helped me with all my questions and concerns.The food was also very delicious. Loved my stay here would totally stay here again and definitely recommend!

Staff & service was amazing. Shuttle could be more regular since the location is so remote. Also a little misleading in the description as we thought there was a gym nearby we could use but not the case, also laundry super expensive. Hotel is really nice & view is fantastic.

The staff at this hotel were outstanding! Particularly at the front counter. From even before we arrived, the contacted me to give me a heads up on some issues with transportation to give us a jump start. We ended up having no issues as a result. Our room was clean and comfortable. Nothing spectacular but we had a wonderful view from our balcony.

Lovely hotel, decor is a little dated and the sunbeds could do with being replaced. However the views are spectacular and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. There isn’t many places to walk to from the hotel but the shuttle into Sorrento is great - make sure to book your return because if like me you don’t and it doesn’t come a taxi will cost €70!

This property is 30 minutes from the heart of Sorrento, so keep that in mind when booking. The views are amazing, pool is great, shuttle service super convenient to getting to and from town, and flexible if you change your pickup/drop off times. They were very helpful and we booked all our activities through them for convenience.

The staff where very polite and helpfull. Restaurant service and food very nice but far too bright and sunny inside. Suggest much more shading and ventilation required. Everything really clean and very tidy. Nice and relaxing. Overall very good.

Great little hotel to stay in, they offer free shuttle service but it only operates at certain times of the day. Front desk staff were just lovely, and when we got stuck in the parking lot due to rain, a gentleman from the hotel walked us inside with his umbrella, absolute gem! Only downside is that it’s a bit far from the coast, but easily accessible by car or shuttle. Would definitely recommend.
