“A perfect retreat from the Sorrento sun”

Not typically Italian, but typically Hilton, so classy and clean. The pool was huge and there was always a sunbed free. There was a good mix of nationalitities around the pool, although it was still mainly British. The room was large, spacious and airy, with a fridge and good quality toiletries. No kettle though. The food and drink were excellent quality, with a good variety at the pool bar, but usual hotel prcies. Wine was 10euro a glass, cocktails were 14euros, but the "cocktail of the day" at the pool bar was only 5euros!

“Lovely hotel in Sorrento”

We went at Easter and they had lots of special activities and chocolate treats for the children. The swimming pool was beautiful and a a pleasure to swim in as it was large and spacious. The rooms were roomy and well maintained. The staff were very helpful

“Superb Sorrento stay”

We have just arrived back from a weeks holiday in Sorrento where we stayed at the Hilton Palace. It was a breathtaking experience in terms of the destination, hotel, hotel service and food. We had a double room with a balcony which overlooked Vesuvius. It was the first thing we saw from our room in the morning and the last thing we looked at night. The staff at the hotel we very polite and helpful, nothing was ever to much trouble for them. The pools were amazing, big, clean and warm - perfect. The food and room service were amazing, massive portions and very high quality. The hotel is situated in lemon and orange groves, wow, the site of so much fruit and the smell were divine! Thanks you to all the staff at the hotel for making our holiday perfect. I would just add however that there is no transport from or to the hotel which is a good 15 minutes walk to the town and longer on the way back as it is uphill. Not really suitable for the frail or people with young families. Taxis one way were about 15 Euros - for a 2 minute drive so beware! Overall, amazing and we hope to go back very soon

“A Perfect Hotel!”

A lovely hotel, in a perfect location to explore Sorrento and the Almalfi coast! Can't fault the hotel, just wish there had been a kettle in the room!

“Beautiful Hotel”

We loved staying at this hotel. It was our honeymoon and the staff were so welcoming. Would definately reccomend paying the extra for the rooms with a view. It was amazing to wake up to see mount Vesuvius every day.

“Best Hotel in Sorrento”

The Hilton Sorrento Palace is a wonderful hotel. The Lobby, Rooms, and pools are very modern. The service was excellent. I would reccomend the Executive Level Package to all guests....It is worth the extra spend.

“Highly recommended”

Perfect holiday. Hotel excellent location offering a break from the hustle and bustle of the amalfi coast, but only a 10 min walk into the heart of Sorrento. We cant wait to go back!

“One of the best”

This hotel exceeded expectations. It was beautiful and in a great location. It had wonderful views from every room and was clean and spacious. The breakfast in the morning had many varieties and the restuarant for lunch or dinner was excellent. It was a short walk down hill into the center of the city and able to walk all around the town. The walk back was easier with a 15 Euro taxi, too steep of a climb. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in any country.

“Great service”

I found this hotel to be very clean and the service was great. We enjoyed the outside bar and eating there was amazing food, couldn't fault it. It is about a 10 minute walk into the centre which was nice as the centre can be quite busy. The pool was lovely and big, the gardens were gorgeous to sit in with all the lemon trees. The only thing I would point out is that the rooms are very basic but they are clean. Would stay there again without a doubt.
