“Super Frühstück, aber unehrlicher Service”

Wir haben uns bei der Reise ganz auf die Bewertungen hier verlassen. Und das Hotel hat uns eigentlich auch nicht enttäuscht. Besonders das Frühstück war wirklich super und hat zum langen Verweilen eingeladen. Einziger Minuspunkt war schon im Vorfeld der Reise der fehlende Pool. Stattdessen hatten wir uns auf die eigene Sauna und das türkische Dampfbad gefreut. Doch vor Ort sagte man uns, dass die Sauna defekt sei, ebenso das Dampfbad. Wieder zuhause habe ich dann die mir zustehende Entschädigung bei Expedia beantragt, aber das Hotel verweigerte mir die Ausstellung einer Bestätigung über die defekte Sauna. Plötzlich behauptete man dort, dass doch alles funktioniert habe. Nach einem ziemlcih heftigen Mailverkehr habe ich schließlich doch eine Bestätigung über das defekte Dampfbad bekommen und den KOmmentar vom Hotel, dass eine Sauna gar nciht verfügbar sei. Leider kann ich das nicht mehr nachprüfen. dank Expedia habe ich zumindest einige Prozent erstattet bekommen, aber wenn man im Hotel als Kunde angelogen wird, finde ich das schon sehr bedenklich!
