“Shabby rooms but good breakfasts”

We occupied three rooms in the hotel. They were all shabby and in need of refurbishment. Facilities were lacking in areas such as the queen sized bed only had single bed covers. The hotel location was good. The breakfast was very good. Overall we thought we were booking a better quaility hotel and felt what we got was poor value.

“Perfect Location”

Hotel is about 10 minutes from the train station and about 20 minutes from the Hurtigruten location. It's located on the water with great views of the city. It's out of the way of the main flow which is nice but still within a few minutes of the city center and shopping. It's about 5 minutes from the Nidaros Cathedral, a must see.

Area recommendations
Definately go see the Nidaros Cathedral and surrounding sights. It's the main tourist attraction in Trondhiem along with the Royal Residence.

“RADISSON HOTEL TRONDHEIM”

“spacious rooms for Norway!”

Rooms were very spacious for a European hotel! King bed available. Large bathroom with shower/tub combo. The hotel's exterior is all glass, it is getting worn looking.

“Very comfortable, great location”

Our group of five had a very nice stay at the Radisson SAS. Central location was a draw, 10 minute walk to the train station was also a plus for us. Beautiful breakfast setting. Some rooms with view of the river. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would recommend this hotel to other travellers.

“Veldrevet og vennlig”

Alltid vennlighet og imøtekommenhet. Tar vare på gjestene.Utmerket frokost. TV kanskje noe gammeldags. Baderommet plagsomt kalt og ingen mulighet for regulering.
