“Nice hotel, but a little noisy”

The rooms are small and minimal but comfortable and clean. I was travelling on my own and the room size was OK, but the room might be cramped for two. I was on the floor above the ground floor cafe and there was some noise I attributed to the cafe - not customers or music, but noises such as the shutters being closed at closing time (midnight), doors banging etc. Shower early or there is no hot water! Staff were friendly. I did not try breakfast but did eat in the cafe one evening, which is where breakfast is served, and the food was good and reasonably priced considering the high cost of Norway. Internet access was free and quite quick. Being in the town centre, there was noise from people in the street well into night. Would ii stay there again? Yes.
