“Average”

My major complaint is minor in the overall picture. We needed towels! We had an appointment to make and so when we came back to the room, there were no towels to take a shower. Just a personal bad experience. However, the room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. No complaints there.

Area recommendations

Unfortunately, the area around the hotel is not the best. The only thing within walking distance is the deli, Harold's (which is a great experience).

“Good Hotel but staff need to improve”

The hotel and its facilities were good and clean and impressive. However, the front desk staff were not nice to us as we were not impressively dressed. However, the hotel was near to Interstates and Highways just out of New York.

“Not impressed”

It was bad experience for me right from check-in until check-out. The cleaners did not take the trash and it was smelling really bad. I will never go back again.

“Can't Wait to go back”

Rooms were excellent! Flat screen TV, king bed all was so much like home. More than I expected.

I am orginially from this area and I know Edison is highly recommended. Close to the major highways so it is easy to get to most places

“Don't leave your car there”

We chose the location due to its proximity to the route we were on. Upon arrival we were told we couldn't have the fridge we requested and had our baby's milk spoil as a result. Although the reception desk was polite, it was understaffed given the functions going on at the time and some of the staff was unprofessional. To top off our stay, several cars, including ours, were broken into. No outdoor security or security cameras. My car was park just outside the entrance, so I was shocked it was hit. I wont be staying there again.

“Great Experience”

I really wanted to relax on my last trip to NY so I decided to stay here because it was affordable and less than an hour fron NY. Hotel was clean and nice and bedding were really nice. Great price too!
