I booked this hotel for a work trip in the area. Very rude check in personnel at the counter. She acted like she was upset that we wanted to checkin. Room sink was clogged, tv didn’t work, room key didn’t work and the checkin lady was rude when we asked for a replacement.

Rude. I was never checked and drove an hour to find other accomodations. .the lady at the front said her system and she couldnt check me in. She said it would maybe be up in 3 hours and that i could wait in the lobby, or go somewhere else. Very disappoointong. How doi get this refunded?

1. The place was just filthy. There was trash in the elevator on the floor, plus a yellow "Wet Floor" warning card hanging on one of the metal bars inside the elevator the whole three days I was there even though there was no noticeable wetness anywhere....this sign appeared to just live there permanently, 2. The carpet was dingy and smelly. The dingy moldy smell was especially more pronounced in the common-area carpets, e.g. hallways. * the carpet was also badly stained everywhere including the guestrooms. *The carpet, for the very least, could have been better vacuumed as they were visibly dusty throughout, but especially the corners near the baseboards. * The rooms and hallways smelled like cigarettes everywhere even though most guestroom doors had 'No Smoking' signs on the doors. 3. The room they first assigned me had a toilet that was not flushing AT ALL!!! *Additionally, the toilet handle was on, but it was facing the opposite direction (upside-down). This could have been why it was not flushing, but either way, shouldn't the rooms be checked before a guest is checked in? How can I be checked into a room with no working toilet? It was an eyesore! STAFFING ISSUES 4. The staff grossly lacked customer relations skills! Extremely rude! I would fire every single one of them. (a). No bueno!
First, Hotels.com charged me $30 more per night than the hotel charges. Staff was nice and helpful however, facility smelled of smoke and tenants were drunk and unruly. They also require a $100 deposit that is not refunded for 3-10 business days. Also, our plans changed and we only needed one night instead of the two I had booked through Hotels.com. I had to pay for both nights as the night we did not stay was non refundable.

The building smells of weed, not clean, and so many people smoke in front of the hotel. Breakfast is okay. Asked for an extra folded bed, and received one for 15 dollars per day when it opened, it had old dried food with a large live cockroach in that. Hallways smell of weed. But the front desk lady during the evening was a good person.

The place needs to be completely re done. Carpets were dirty in the halls and the hallway stunk. The people were friendly and approachable so they were not the issue but the place was old and worn.

The first room was filthy, but thankfully a kind front desk clerk changed our room to a better one. The whole property was unkempt and unclean! Would never stay there again!

Last minute stay booked through Expedia. Staff was slow to check us in, rude in speaking & just not friendly. We would have went elsewhere if we booked directly. Breakfast was lacking and room smelled awful. We were So disappointed as we’ve stayed at other Comfort Inn & Suites with none of these issues.

This hotel is very dated. The toilet would not flush all the time. The kadies room in the lobby is kept locked and no one knows eherevthe key is kept. I'm in Atlanta for medical reasons. Your hotel wants to charge an additional $50.00 for early check in. I had booked 2 rooms originally, but my doctor's appointment was changed. When I tried to just cancel the 2nd night, the price went fro. $86.00 to $123.00. We will never stay with you again !!

I personally enjoyed my stay, there was hair in one of the towels but other than that it was quiet and friendly. The tv doesn’t allow you to open apps. And there is a $100 accident fee you have to pay upon checking in.

Would not stay here again.
Arrived to find the hotel extremely run down and in a state of disrepair. The first room we were given (see pic below) had a bed that was broken down with a VERY saggy mattress & an unpleasant odor. Desk staff was very gracious in assigning us a different room, but the conditions were only moderately better. Shower curtain rod barely hanging on the wall and curtain wouldn’t stay closed due to sagging rod. Common areas had a musty mold odor, wall patches and laminate flooring with holes and duct tape repair. The location is great, with accessibility to downtown, Six Flags, etc., but at this price point I would definitely look at adjacent properties.
