“Great hotel, exceeded my expectations!”

I was really surprised with their standards, I did not really expect this level of quality from a hotel in Katowice... The room was very good. The breakfast was just delicious!

Getting around

There is Silesia City Center - shopping mall with dining places. I also liked that tiny street with pubs next to the train station.

“Very decent hotel in downtown Katowice”

Stayed there one night, really enjoyed it. Comfy bed, free HBO (in polish though), bathtub, room service (I ordered in-room breakfast - good!). The only hotel in Katowice in skyscrapper so very nice view! The only problem is the price of the secure parking (about 50-60 zl for night) - and you have to pay for parking on the street as well - it's downtown...

Getting there

Airport Katowice-Pyrzowice is located very far from the city - around 30-40km. It takes up to 1 hour to get to downtown and there is no good option for a public transportation - call your hotel before to arrange transport or take a taxi (it will cost around 100-150 zl which is 25-35 euro).

“Ottimo albergo”

Albergo pulito, funzionale e con bel panorama sulla città, anche se quest'ultima non è niente di che.. Buon ristorante. Personale cortese e molto disponibile. In TV non si ricevono programmi italiani.

Traveller's tip

All'interno del complesso, oltre al casinò e ad alcuni bar e negozi, c'è anche una multisala. Considerando che i film sono sottotitolati, può essere comodo visto che la città non offre nulla.
