Very lovely room. Had a nice balcony. Easy to walk around the area. The only thing it wasn't too easy to find the hotel. We didn't know that the hotel was off the street where you had to walk to get to it.

Great Holiday Inn Hotel in Skopje, North Macedonia
I did not stay in Best Western Hotel Turist in Skopje, North Macedonia, for some reason they don't have room for me in this hotel. The hotel manager sent me to Holiday Inn Hotel nearby and I have a great stay in here. Everything about Holiday Inn Hotel in Skopje is great.

Nice and clean hotel with perfect location
Nice hotel in very central area of town. Room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the centre within walking distance to all sights. Nice pedestrian street, with many restaurant nearby.

Difficult to find, unable to park near hotel as it is in a pedestrian area, so had to carry luggage through town. Breakfast selection poor. Staff very pleasant and helpful but overall not a hotel I would go back to, but will return to Skopje as very beautiful.

Overall it was fine, negatives: although we were told there was free parking, when we turned up we were told that we should have emailed in advance to tell them we needed parking and as such there were no spaces left. Also we were told it’s hotel policy to leave passports behind the desk and when we left we saw they were just behind the desk, not even locked away which was pretty shocking. The room itself was pretty dated although fairly clean but I can’t fault the location, it’s right in the centre of Skopje

There is a lot of construction going on but the hotel is fine. They should remove the carpeting in rooms to present a cleaner and more hygienic appearance. They should also ensure there are adequate power plugs and tables near the bed for charging mobile phones. I had to lay my phone on the bed since there was no outlet on the side of the bed with a nightstand. Overall it was a moderate hotel.

I booked this hotel for the fitness center which was closed. There was no concessions made at all after I stressed that. The room had zero air circulation even after opening the window. It was not working. The pillows were so uncomfortable because they were so filled with synthetic filling. Great location, that's it.

A great place to stay in Skopje
The hotel staff was wonderful. They pursued getting my lost bag from airport, helped in getting a taxi (and a good rate), and answered a lot of questions. Very nice people. Also, hotel is in a great location for walking, dining, sightseeing, and shopping. Highly recommend.
