The property is fantastic. Very well kept. The food was very good and the choices for dining were great. What I also liked was there was always an umbrella and chairs available. There was also a water taxi on property to take you to town. KBR has a very good reputation on the island and restaurants and other businesses go out of their way to please it’s guests! However, what makes this property five star is its staff. I can’t say enough about them. The manager very active in the resort. He was everywhere making sure guests were happy. The front staff (Arianthi and Christo) made sure we had everything and booked our excursions. Thank you to all!

An okay property, but the room was nowhere close to what was advertised! Lights where burt out, furniture was missing and generally the room was not for standards of a five star hotel

Lovely hotel and location. Staff very friendly and always helpful. They kindly arranged a room for us to shower and change ahead of a late flight home and were great when our daughter needed to to see a doctor. Hotel always very clean and food fantastic. Good location with short taxi ride to Skiathos Town for nights out.

Nice hotel, but with problems
The hotel location, view, restaurants, pools are excellent. The staff is also extremely helpful. Generally the hotel is very very good and we liked it. However there were serious problems ruining the good impressions. The more disappointing issue was with the hotel beach. We got there early in the morning on the first day, and even though there were literally 4 people on the beach, all the sun beds were "reserved". Meaning someone got there earlier, left their towels and left. We complained to the reception staff, and they seemed really amazed, since they said that this way of reserving sun beds was not allowed. We expected something to change, but in vain, every day the majority of the sun beds were occupied by beach-towels. We ended up doing the same thing, waking up at 9 am, and "reserving" sun beds. This was a real problem since we selected the hotel specifically for its beach, to avoid traveling to other beaches with our 1 year old. The room plumbing was awful, the toilet was clogged twice and was fixed twice. Finally, the wi-fi reception and speed was very disappointing. Most of the time we were using our mobile network data.

The hotel was perfect the only negative I would say is that the hotel has weak wifi and I would have liked a coffee brewer in the room.

Super clean and tidy.
We had an excellent stay. The facilities are all in new condition. The hotel is super clean. The staff is very very polite and helpfull. The food is excellent. If there is anything that I have to comment on it is the wireless Internet connection, but it was also poor on the rest of the island and I was told ( elsewhere from the hotel ) that the problem is the " line " coming to the island.

Lovely situation
Lovely hotel in a private bay. The staff were friendly and efficient. Private beach in front and good sized pool. Breakfast was fine. 5 mins by bus/taxi/car from Skiathos Town.

La situation de cette année est particulière à cause du COVID-19. Toutefois ne pas avertir les clients de l’absence de Spa et de fitness dans un hôtel considéré de standing posé problème. D’une manière générale l’hôtel laisse une impression contrastée: le personnel est professionnel et accueillant, la chambre est de taille très correcte, les piscines et l’accès à la plage très bons. Mais le petit déjeuner est laborieux, avec des retards et des imprécisions, le fait de permettre une tasse de café par personne dans un hôtel de 5 et non de 3 étoiles est inadéquat, les sanitaires médiocres, la fixation sur les mesures de pandémie masquent mal la crise de l’établissement.

We appreciate your comments and we take every form of criticism as constructive. However, there are a few notes we would like to answer to. First and foremost, regarding the lack of knowledge that the SPA and GYM would not be operating this year, kindly note that it is referenced both on our official website, as well as on the booking channels we cooperate with. Regardless, our Front Office team, hands every guest a Welcome Letter, which, amongst other useful information about our hotel, clearly states that SPA and GYM will not be operating this year, under the Greek legislation. Regarding your comment on one cup of coffee per person at breakfast, please note that filter coffee and tea are for free during breakfast, as well as they are refilled. The only exception is if you wish to order a different kind of coffee, even then, we do not charge the first cup of coffee. As you mentioned earlier, the situation this year is special because of COVID-19. We do hope to welcome you again in the future, COVID-free, and safe. Fantastisk sted. Privat strand med egen servitør. Koselig taverna rett ved. God service. Båten som gikk inn til sentrum er rett ved hotellet. Stille og rolige omgivelser, ikke noe bråk på kvelden.

Hotel an Hauptstraße
Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung obwohl der Standard nicht einem zentral- oder nordeuropäischen 5* Hotel entspricht. Für mich war der grösste Nachteil, dass das Hotel direkt an der Hauptdurchzugsstrasse liegt - je nach Lage des Zimmer fast unmittelbar daneben - das Schlafen ist auf Grund des Lärmpegels nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern möglich.

Når inte upp till förväntad nivå
Skall vara fem stjärnigt men: Du får vänta på maten i 1 timme på maten om du inte väljer Buffé resturangen. Blev serverade redan doppade dipp och bröd som varit på andra bord tidigare, fel i notor osv. Buffen var okej, inget mer, men där fick man varje fall maten direkt. Under frukosten kändes som man var i tv serien Fawlty Towers, personalen sprang omkring utan styrning och allt var väldigt ineffektivt med väntetid som följd Dubbelkolla minst två gånger om du beställer hotellets transport till flygplatsen, det gjorde vi ändå så missade de och fick akut inkalla chaufför. Receptionen var svajig och personalen väldigt glömsk,, men har inte varit i Grekland tidigare så vet ej hur vanligt detta är. Men bra med båttaxi från stranden till och från Stan, hotellets strand och pool område var mycket bra! Städningen når inte upp till priset man betalar för rummen, som annars hade bra standard

Bestillte Juniorsuite som viste seg å være et familierom, fyllt opp med to store sovesofaer pluss et "usynlig" glassbord. Dette er ikke en innredning for 2 voksne som ønsker ekstra komfort, og står på ingen måte i forhold til prisen. Det fantes ingen skuffer til å legge klær i. Kvaliteten på kjøkkenet er noe av det dårligste vi har opplevd.Omgivelsene på hotellet er meget bra med svømmebasseng og spisemuligheter. Dessuten med direkte tilgang til egen strand med parasoller. Totalt sett er dette ikke et 5stj. hotell

Flott hotell med fin utsikt til sjøen. Fin Strand rett nedenfor hotellet. Kort vei til byen. Hyggelig betjening. Alt i alt et veldig bra opphold.
