Pros: Easy access fron t the interstate, clean and friendly
Location: Right off the Interstate, shopping, resturaunts, gambling close
We were able to check in early (2:30) the staff was very freindly, and the room was very nice, and well equipped

Pros: The room decor. The swimming/ hot tub area was nice and clean. Breakfast was nice-had good variety of clod and hot items.
Easy to find. The room decor was very up to date and comfortable.

The Hampton was great to stay in. The Hampton's are known to be very clean. Customer service is well worth the stay.

Quiet comfort

The staff was exceptionally friendly. The only negative...our air conditioning went out during our stay. In order to rectify the situation, they attempted to replace the unit, while we were still in the room. The process involved several trips, and they finally just moved us to a new room, right next door, thankfully. I wish they had just done this initially. Overall, the location was convenient for shopping near the mall area and is located on a side street, so it was pleasant. The hotel is maintained well, the beds were comfortable (we did need to request extra pillows, which was not a problem), the complimentary breakfast was fresh and satisfying.

Pros: Staff, I didn't use it but I think the 24 hour pool for adults only is great
Cons: Halls were to hot!!
Location: Outback steak house is great. Close to Mall plenty of close shopping and right off interstate
Everything was great about my stay. The staff members were very accommodating. The breakfast and breakfast staff was great. I love Hampton Inns and have never been disappointed!

Very comfortable beds

This hotel is close to the highway and places to eat. The rooms are double glazed so quiet. The staff were friendly and check-in and out was easy. Breakfast was good too. We were travelling on a motorbike and they gave us a cloth to wipe our bike down in the morning. The wifi was good and we didn't need to upgrade to the stronger plan. I would stay again.

Clerk did not accept our confirmation

Although the clerk eventually found a fax regarding our hotels.com reservation, he would not give us a room, because our payment did not show up on his computerized reservation system. We had to rent another room. The next morning, a manager corrected the problem and apologized for the error.

Location: Nice location close to dining, shopping and entertainment venues.
I have stayed at this Hampton Inn on several occasions and it is always a pleasant lodging experience.
