“Best Value for the Price”
It was the cheapest motel for our overnight stay in Sioux Falls. Usually that means that you will have to sacrifice something - comfort, cleanliness, location, service. But not in this case. We had everything we needed. I would stay here again.
“Great Deal”
For the price you cannot beat it. Very clean, comforatble room; best of all no weird smells. Convenient location and very helpful staff.
“HIdden Gem”
The hotel is located right off the Highway but has no noise from traffic. The outside is not very attractive, but inside is a real sweet sojourn. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. My room was well appointed with a leather recliner, King size bed, and two entrances (one to the parking lot). The lobby computer was fast, continental breakfast adequate, and the pool was small. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
“Better than I expected.”
Room was clean, roomy, and priced right. Adequate breakfast and friendly staff. TV remote and coffee pot weren't working properly but they replaced both promptly.
“Good location, nice rooms”
The exterior appearance looks a bit rough but the rooms have recently been updated and are nice. The price is right and I would stay here again.
“Great Place to Stay.”
Don't let exterior fool you this was a great stay. Large room with fridge, desk, free wifi, old but comfortable bed. Room was clean and no smokey smell. Free breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Close to Falls Park and food. Room was quiet even with planes from the Air Base. Did not use pool but looked inviting. Will stay again and recommend to anyone wanting a great stay.

Older quiet, clean and reasonably priced motel in a safe area.

An older hotel, but with a nice pool and perfectly adequate accommodations. Continental breakfast was satisfactory. A good hotel for a night's sleep on the way to wherever you are going.
“Good for an overnight stay”
We stayed her just one night and that's all I would do again. It was cheap, clean for the most part and had an OK breakfast. That's all I wanted.
