Beds are uncomfortable, downpayment seems to be way to high for what your getting, overall it’s whatever I guess. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Was fine for just the night.

The room was really nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was really good. the only thing that was wrong was the stairs to get to the room. At 81, it was difficult taking all our bags up those stairs. My husband had a very hard time going up the stairs, and could not help me with the bags.

Horrible stay. Receptionists was not friendly and seemed more interested in talking on the phone. No wifi code provided, difficulty with microwave and clock not plugged in. Bed was not comfortable and security of back door was absent.

The hallway carpets haven't been changed in at least a decade. They are dirty and even the padding is obviously deteriorate and smells moldy.
The rooms have newer laminate flooring.
The rooms are dated few Power options for charging devices.
The mattress is adequate for a one night stay. Had a smoking room and you could tell they clean but again only adequate. The bathroom was clean but again adequate.
Replace the carpets, especially the stairs they are a safety issue.
As a one night stay the property is adequate but I wouldn't have stayed a second night.

It took a staff member an extremely long time to come to the front desk and when they did they were very hard to understand and unfriendly. This place did not feel welcoming at all from the moment we walked in. It is extremely dated. Once we got to our room it smelled very strongly of bug spray which had us concerned. The water pressure sucked. The pool smelled strange. The beds and linens were no where near comfortable. Overall not the worst experience but i expected more for what we paid.

Saw a drug deal in the parking lot when checking in . The breakfast was horrible so not worth the cost at all the room very outdated the hot tub wasn’t even warm

The comforter on the bed was stained and there were holes all over it from cigarette burns and other holes. Things written in sharpie on the bed sheets. Didn’t even sleep in the bed. slept on top with our own blankets. Very interesting odor throughout the whole building. Broken glass all over the parking lot. Needed to put a $100 deposit plus the cost per night for a dog. When I asked for a receipt when checking out I had to wait for ten minutes to receive it. Will never be staying here again.

What I did Not like was the HORRIBLE smoke-smell from former guests. The front desk man made us feel we Had to stay there because we would Not be refund. We left the window open because I am allergic to smoke but I still woke up with a sore throat and itchy eyes!! I felt like I was in a 3rd World unsanitary country staying at this hotel. The towel bar was broken, the floor of the bathtub dirty, and a black hair in the tub...we have blond hair. And when addressing these issues to the maid she would not listen. She just glanced our way and when I started to speak she turned her head and continued cleaning the room she was in. RUDE management and RUDE house keeping. Inspecters should go in there. We stated in the farthest room on 2nd floor and checked in around midnight, then were out of there Early the next morning!! There is an Econo Lodge in Chamberlain, SD also that is VERY similiar to this one. I would Not be surprised if the management is related! GROSS & Rude.

The room we were assigned smelt terrible. Like someone had took a dump. Toilet had urine and toilet paper in it. Mattress didnt fit the bed in second room. Toilt ran no stop.

When I arrived here the individual at the front desk did not acknowledge I was standing there. Then when I got to my hotel there was pubic hair all over the towels, the towels also had what looked like poop stains, the pillows had hair all over them, the bed itself was stained

Asked for a small bag for laundry—no. Asked for a receipt—no. They said Travelocity would send it to my email. Hence, I have no idea if it was correct or not. Will be difficult to dispute unless I see it on my credit account. Poor night’s sleep due to a serious-sounding fight in the hallway. Feared to investigate. 2:30-3:00 am. Glad to be gone.

It was close to 90 when it was time to leave. And I didn’t like that the bathroom was dirty when we checked in, and the hot tub didn’t work like they said it did when I called, they also never told me there was 100$ deposit when I called either.

Breakfast was to be included with our room and they gave only tiny muffin. When we asked for refund for not have the included breakfast they said the breakfast was for free and not to complain. We asked if they could include fruit or other items and they said no and we had to leave and purchase breakfast elsewhere. By their logic if they don’t have beds, towels or anything else they are not responsible even if they are included. The attitude of the staff was terrible and we were in a hurry to move on.
