“old but price is right”

Easy to find, right off I-29, close to the airport. Hotel is a little outdated and worn, but clean and help is friendly.

“Overall positive.”

I was initially concerned by to outward appearance of the buildings. One of the neon letters on the large hotel sign was burned out and the buildings conveyed a overall impression of being run down. I was presently surprised once I got to my room, it was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The television had a good selection channels and WI-Fi was easy to connect to. The continental breakfast was good. This is definitely a step up from discount chains like Motel 6 and is worth the nominal additional cost. Yes I would go back again. Maybe they will have fixed the sign by then.

“I love the Brimark.”

Brimark is one of the cheapest motels in town. I always stay there when in Sioux Falls. It is dated but still has marble floors in the bathrooms. I feel safe there as a single woman traveling. Seems to be family owned.

Area recommendations
The 41st St./Ave? strip has every store, and eating establishment that you could ask for.

“will never go back.”

This hotel smelled horrible and was straight out of the 70's. Would not recommend.

“Comfortable stay”

Nice large, clean rooms. GREAT price. Breakfast was minimal but good. Cereal, yogurt coffee, juice.Nice staff.

“Older but clean”

Flew into Sioux Falls 11:45pm. No problem getting transportation to the Brimark. This place is old but very well maintained. Friendly staff especially the p.m. shift. Great place to stay for the price.

“Good value”

Exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. Yes, it's an older facility and the furnishings and decor are past their prime, but everything works and is clean and well-maintained. Couple all that with a great price and it's a combination I'll take every time. Thanks, Brimark!

“Better than we were thinking”

We had been to the falls and this motel was very close and easy to find - comfortable bed - breakfast was nothing to brag about - but was ok Would stay here again - price was great

“ok for the price”

as clean as could be, water stains on ceiling, everything worked. old style but functional.

Area recommendations
closer to I-29 than we were would be more convenient to food, but probly costlier too.
