Our stay at the Holiday Village was fantastic, the room was first class and the service was as good as it gets. The staff we're so good to us and we befriended many of the waiters and attendants. We even wen't to watch a Goa v Mumbai football match with our waiter Devenawi.
All in all it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. 10/10!
The Hotel is inbetween main road and beach, looks beautiful as you enter through the get. A small hotel with about 15/16 rooms run and carefully looked by a decent family. Considering the cost, Rooms are very neat and clean, attached bath with running hot & cold water. Electronic locker provided in room. Sitting in front verandah you can enjoy the beautiful greenary well maintained by the hotel. A bar is situated near the entrance , opp to reception. All beverages and breakfast, snacks available. For meals you need to go near by restaurants. And you are also to arrange mosquito repellant on your own.

Visited the second time in a year..amazing place, calm and serene..with direct access to the Candolim beach, we spent some quality time on the sun-beds readily placed with a great view of the beach and sunset. just WOW. Definitely a good place, safe, secure, calm, especially for family and couples..Surely recommended.
Although this is described as a beach hotel, there is no direct access to the beach. Compared with other hotels in India I found this one clean and well maintained. The swimming pool looked clean. Everything worked, although the air conditioner was a little noisy mainly because it made the windows rattle. For the price, I think this was a reasonable hotel and close to restaurants and shops. I would stay here again.
We loved this place, the cute and spacious suite. The moment we set foot it was relaxing and welcoming. Everything we needed was there for us. We couldn't explore much due to ill health but all that we could, was wonderful - the lush green, the cute kitchen and sitting area, the food restaurants around, the hired bike rides , the calming beach (which was about 10 minutes walk)... The best thing was, the owner Mr. Lourenco himself helped us in our visits to the hospital- the medical tests and what not!

We had done our reservations with expedia.com for our travel dates 02-05 oct for lui beach resort for 3 nights for 10 pax 4 rooms. On day 1 i.e. 2nd oct there were no lights from 10 pm till next day 1 pm so we had asked for the refund for 1 night to hotel manager but they told that they haven't received the payment from expedia and hence they would ask expedia to refund the same. they have given us in writing the same and have same been attached to this mail. Also there was cancellation for 1 extra person for all 3 nights and had called 20 days prior travel journey on expedia toll free no and they had asked to cancel the same when we check in at hotel. they have given us in writing that the same would be refunded from expedia itself. so kindly refund us the amount of rs 10500/-.
