“Nice place to stay”

“Very impressive.”

First impression was excellent, the hotel hostess/hostesses were very friendly,helpful and informative however there is no tourist information desk where you could ask questions of where to go and what to do . The hotel itself is very clean.

Area recommendations

I would recommend somewhere near the central of Orchard road, as this hotel is at the end of Orchard Road, it will take 15 minutes walk from Orchard hotel to eateries.

“Will be back”

After a terrible flight it was a nice surprise to be taken to a private check in as part of the signature club. Customer service was fantastic throughout my stay especially the staff in the signature club lounge with the personal attention. The hotel was conveniently located at the top of Orchard rd and minutes to MRT. I will stay here again

“Singapore trip”

Great, but be careful. The pictures of the rooms that they supply to Expedia, are pictures of the new tower. When you check in , your given the rooms in the older tower, which are small, old and has a smell. I complained and they gave me a room in the new building.

“Very good stay at the Orchard Hotel”

Very convenient location, good for travel with children, nice pool, expensive food- just like all of Singapore! Would recommend the Orchard Hotel.

“I loved the Orchard”

We stayed at the Orchard in early October 2011. This was the second time we've stayed here and we'll certainly stay again. Very comfortable & clean with a terrific buffet breakfast. Nice and handy to Orchard Road and the MRT etc.

“Good hotel. Terrible check-in experience”

Very nice hotel well located. Rooms comfortable and modern. Good buffet breakfast included. Check-in took more than 20 minutes (and there was no queue). Rooms as requested were not available as per the booking. Extra beds had to be added and this took a further 30 minutes.

“Loved The Orchard....great location!!”

We had some difficulties in the beginning(tv not working, Shower drain clogged, Bathroom light not turning off) but we changed rooms and they upgraded us to the executive pkg. Free breakfast and cocktails from 6-8 and free wifi was great. They made sure we were happy and in the end it was well worth the hassle. =)

“Nice Hotel with Great Location ^_^”

Wow! This hotel was so nice. The lobby was very pretty. The room was very nice. Hotel staff was very courteous. The only problem we had with the place was it was a bit cold. Could be that Singapore was quite hot so that when you walk in the A/C feels even colder. But I would definitely recommend this place.
