“Well worth the money”
The hotel and it's room are amazing. Although there is the noise coming from the construction work at the new casino, it still shouldn't stop you from staying there.
“The unique City and excellent hotel”
Hotel is perfect in each moment. From opening doors when you get out from taxi, when service takes your luggage, when check in and later till check out and when service man will close door after you get in to taxi goint to Airport.Extremely kind people, live music every night, singing birds in the morning on corridor(special birds not wild).Buying breakfast not recomend. For half price or less you can eat the same arround multi restaurants.Don't feel lost first day just look for good place for meal from local till Irish Pub.Hotel has perfect localisation for shoppimg, leisure etc.Very well organized trips bouth by Expedia. They call you first to arrange proper time for you.
“First choice if returning to Singapore”
Stunning interior to Hotel atrium. Rooms are exactly what you would expect for a hotel of this quality. Staff are pleasant and courteous as you would expect in Singapore. One word of caution - although we had prepaid in full, they wanted to precharge $900 to my credit card just in case we had a meal there. When I said I didn't want to charge my card because of interest charges, they said thats OK can we have $900 in cash! Again, I refused so we agreed that we would pay as and when we incurred a cost. I must have looked suspicious as they came and locked up the minibar - not a great drama, but slightly irritating. Nice touch though, they bring out songbirds in the morning into the atrium so you wake up to birds tweeting which is puzzling on the first day until you find out whats going on.
“Amazing Hotel - Recommended!”
A great experience staying at the Marina Mandarin - 5 star all round!
“Value for money? - Off the scale!”
A fantastically luxurious place, even if you go for one of the more "basic" rooms. A nice combination of privacy and friendliness, ideal for the lone business traveller. So handy for the Suntec centre - I couldn't have been nearer the convention unless I had a sleeping bag there! For foodies, the buffets are not to be missed!
“Great Hotel in a great location”
The Marina Mandarin is a great hotel in the perfect location. The hotel is listed as a 4 star but operates a 5 star service. The staff are on hand to make your stay as comfortable as possable and you never have to wait long to be served weather you are in Reception, Bar or beside the spacious outdoor pool. Being located in the Marina, you are short walk from shopping centres and the bars and resturants of Boat Quay and Clark Quay. The business facilities are excellent and WIFI reception is fast and easy. I look forward to returning in the very near future.
“Absolutely Fantastic, Can't wait to go back”
The Hotel was beaultiful. They made me feel very welcome and assisted me with everything. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again.
“Service as it should be!”
A most pleasurable experience from the moment we exited the taxi until the time of boarding the taxi four days later. All members of staff were genuinly happy and pleased to spend time to help and ensure the maximum comfort and assistance to make our stay there a truly memoriable occasion. The location is perfect for sightseeing.
“Amazing!”
The Marina Mandarin has without doubt the most amazing atrium I have ever seen, looking up from the fourth floor or down from the top it is breathtaking. The service at the Marina Mandarin was very good, the staff were all very friendly and even took time to learn my name. The buffet breakfast (on the fourth floor - choose this over the club room breakfast if you're in one of the club rooms) is exceptionally good with lots of choice and again good service. I can't wait to go back!
“Quality Hotel”
A good clean hotel at a very central position useful for shopping with very friendly staff
