“Impressive Service”
Last Friday I checked out around 12 noon to attend a meeting and left my large luggage to collect later before catching a 6.30PM flight. I got delayed at my meetings and the traffic downtown was really bad, so I call the hotel to know if they could send my luggage to my meeting location.... otherwise there was no way I would make my flight. The Front Office Manager Andrew Tan said he would attend to my request, but could not get a taxi to do the run so he himself drove to my meeting location (close to the airport) and delivered my bag to me personally. Wow ..what service .... where in the world can you get service like this today ? A big thanks to Andrew and all his hotel staff. THANK YOU. Make sure you put this hotel on your list of excellent hotels in Singapore.
“would definately book there again when in Singapore”
THe hotel is in a great location , close to MRT (public Transport.) Good size rooms , nothing fancy but clean and very comfortable.
“COVE TROOPER”
Very welcoming staff, slow front desk check in, rooms are large, roomy and good size bathroom, good value for cost, late check out, beautiful swimming pool area would book again.
“Reasonable priced hotel for Singapore”
Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Worst coffee served in dining room and range of selection for dining was very limited for Western guests. Only disappointment was the condition of the bathroom, very much in need of attention. However, a large room with a good outlook.
“This is where Hotel's go when they die.”
If you've ever wondered what a hotel looks like at the end of its economic life - then look no further than the Landmark Village at Bugis. It was cheap for a reason - in fact it was much cheaper than others in the locale. But I think a back packers in the Arab quarter would have been about as good. Pros: close to the Bugis MRT and Bugis JNCT, and close to the Arab Quarter. Cons: everything else. just a really cruddy dirty cheep hotel. In retrospect we would have either paid more for a nicer place - or paid less and have gone to a back packers. Oh well. live and learn.
“Singapore Recommended Hotel”
We booked through Expedia and the only disappointment was getting 2 sinle beds instead of the King/Queen double as ordered. Wife and I slept in one of the big single beds and enjoyed the stay. Hotel and facilities were excellent. Convenient to transport and easy eating in or out. We had breakfast daily at the Landmark and that was excellent quality for $15.00 Singapore . Eat as much as you want. Will stay here again on our next visit.
“good hotel”
good location and close to many thing you need...
“Go some where else”
It was easy to check in. Disappointment started when I got to the room. The place was worn out, needs all the basics. The room needs a good cleaning. A close look at the wall lighting fixture bed lamp was terrible, completely cover in thick thick dust, disgusting. My wife hated to see mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The bedding was cheap. The towels were clean. For a hotel in this price bracket, I suggest you make the effort to another hotel, I will not return here.
“Can't wait to go back”
The hotel is a lot better than what we expected. We were there for one night as we were going to board a cruise ship the next day. We arrived late at night, the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and met our expectation. We would stay in the same hotel again and would stay longer.
“OK Hotel”
Bathroom was obviously old but clean. Free internet eased the pain, Bed was confortable.
