The hotel's location (near Orchard Road, the Botanic Garden, Tanglin Mall, and an MRT station) is its biggest asset. But the hotel itself is quite nice as well.

The hotel is connecting to the mall with a bridge and it only takes 2 mins by walking. There is a supermarket at the mall and some other dining options, which is great. Staffs are helpful in arranging two rooms next to each other so that I can easily looking after my grandparents.

This property is very close to Gleneagles Hospital where my husband was sent from a cruise ship. I made the arrangements and I was satisfied with the hotel and especially the staff. Tyson and Chona were efficient and caring and made me feel at home. They were "at my service" all the time and ALWAYS WITH A BEAUTIFUL SMILE!

Generally a good hotel with friendly staff. Location is good as it has a metro/MRT station just opposite of the hotel main entrance; or a bus to Orchard Road in a nearby bus stop. Safe location. Nice pool.

This is truly a 5 Star hotel in a perfect location! Ferry and metro are available within a couple of minutes from the front door! This staff is outstanding and the rooms are opulent and have every convenience available!

Good location
Great location. It’s located right next to the Orchard Boulevard MRT station and Tanglin Mall. Lots of buses right outside the hotel. Room was not very spacious but did the trick for us, since we were outside most of the day. Did not get bottled water but the bathroom came with purified water, so bring a bottle.

We have a wonderful time staying in the hotel except the night when they have to call for emergency evacuation due to false fire 🔥 alarm … that was a traumatic experience for both me and my husband.

Great location with easy access to Metro right across the street (Orchard Boulevard). Rooms are good and bedding is great. Staff is first rate. We arrived early after a red eye flight and the staff (thanks Nadia) allowed for an early check in for a well needed nap.

The hotel is connected to a Mall so it was convenient for food and shopping. We stayed to be near Gleneagles hospital which was just a short car ride away. The are around was pleased. The staff were very kind and friendly. Room service and housekeeping services were excellent. I would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.

Good value for money. Just across street to MRT station. One MRT station ride to central of Orchard Road for shopping, food and everything. Hotel size was decent. Free bike rental. I would stay again.
