Dining
Café Brio's - This restaurant serves international cuisine with an emphasis on Asian dishes. Large windows overlook the Singapore River, and alfresco dining is available. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Pontini - The entrance of this fine-dining Italian restaurant features a circular anteroom showcasing hundreds of bottles of wine. A la carte dishes are prepared in an open kitchen, and there is an extensive antipasti buffet. Open for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday, and dinner only Saturday.
Grand Shanghai - This restaurant evokes the nostalgia of 1940s Shanghai with large Art Deco-style ceiling shades, carved pillars, and low-slung red sofas. Cuisine is classic Shanghainese with dishes from other regions of China. Open for lunch (except Saturday) and dinner; closed Monday.
The Piano Bar - An octagonal ceiling, padded walls, palm trees, etched windows, and colorful lighting set the mood of this riverside bar, which serves specialty coffees, cognacs, and a range of local and imported beers. A live band plays most evenings. Open from late morning until late evening.
Pool Bar - Health drinks and light snacks are served next to the outdoor lap pool from mid-morning until early evening.

“Excellent Hotel”
Hotel service and location was excellent. On the river and walking distance from Clark Quay. Good conference facilities. Relax by taking long walks along the river in the mornings or evenings after work, or swim in the pool. Great service and value for money.
“Everything you could need in a hotel”
The hotel was excellent in everyway. The service was excellent, the staff could not do enough for you. Room was spacious and very clean. All extras such as bothrobes, slippers, basket of fruit, etc were welcome but hotel would have been more than value for money without. Location is easy walk to Clarke Quay but added advantage of water taxi stop at hotel is very welcome in the heat & humidity. Can't think of one bad thing to say about this hotel and would happily stay there again when I return to Singapore
“An excellent end to our stay”
We opted for an executive stay and couldn't have made a better decision. The service was efficient, polite and helpful throughout. Excellent level of refreshments available throughout the day and a pleasant room. Small but attractive pool area plus a gym for more active souls. Wish we had stayed there at the start of our holiday too.
“Ideal for those who enjoy a bit of exercise”
A great hotel located about 20 minutes walk from Clarke Quay. We used the hotel for the F1 and found the walk to the circuit quite demanding in the heat but still not too unpleasant. Late night amenities somewhat lacking with most restaurants in the area closed before midnight so getting food late was confined to room service. The city centre mall at Raffles city and Suntec centre are all within 30 minutes walk but make sure to use the citymall underground link to avoid the heat.
“Singapore 2009”
The hotel's good situation allows guests to take an easy and pleasant walk beside the Singapore river to nearby bars, cafes, restaurants and shops
“A good choice”
A good quality hotel, nice location with above average accomodation and good food. The pool area suffers from not having enough sun beds and the outside areas dont make enough of the riverside location but all in all a very pleasant stay.
“Reasonable hotel”
Staff were very helpful and the hotel is clean if a little tired in places. Pool area is small with limited sunbeds which aren't always in the sun. Worth paying a little extra for an executive room if you're planning to spend much time at the hotel during the day/early evening as hotel prices are expensive.
“Room could have been cleaner”
Lovely hotel, particulalry the foyter with a nice restaurant and bar. I stayed in an Executive Club Room which had superb drinks and nibbles in the evening and private breakfasting in the morning. The room was quite nice, with nice views but the wardbrobe was too small, the bathroom was clean but toiletries not replaced which made me suspicious that the tiles and shower area were not cleaned. Glasses brought up to the room were not removed and surfaces not washed in the room where the glasses had been.
