“Okay but not again - read the small print!”

A good hotel if you like walking to the nearest transport. The hotel lifts are a nightmare as you need seval different lifts to get to the guest rooms. Couple of contradictions in what the hotel adverts say; 1) We let you check in early - no they don't unless you pay for an extra night. 2) Your mini bar is free - no it isn't. 3) We will keep your mini bar topped up - no they don't and we only had 2 items in a week. 4) Daily housekeeping - partially true but face cloths and shower gel not replaced even when empty. Needed to phone reception several times. On balance, it was clean, pool is good but poorly maintained and generally it met our needs for the week. Beware if you book a family room - the toilet / shower has opaque glass walling - a bit embarrassing and complex with teenage kids!
