“Hard bed, mold in bathroom; location good; pool seemed nice”

The beds are very hard. They recently revamped this property but they should have put in a softer, more comfortable mattress! My parents were visiting and stayed there and I asked for their feedback and this is what I got... They stayed a total of 5 nights, checking in late for 2 nights and then after a trip North, coming back for 3 more nights. The 1st check-in, they were placed on 2nd floor and had to carry heavy luggage upstairs. My parents are over 70. They should've had a 1st floor room! The 2nd stay, the bathroom had mold so they had to be moved to a new room. The person at the desk should ask if you want 1st or 2nd floor, esp if the guests are senior citizens or young families having to haul baby stuff. (that would be me but I wasn't staying). I think they need some customer service brush-up skills and new beds (and fix the mold!). The location is great, however. You can walk to the outdoor mall across the street, get nails done, shop, hit Starbucks, Jamba juice, Bagels, etc right across the street. And it's close to a fwy exit for convenience.

“Staying again for sure”

This hotel is very nice and a good value. It is well taken care of and nicely landscaped. The front desk staff was very friendly. The Continental Breakfast is good, everything from cereals to waffles. Hot tub was great but the pool was a little cool. Nice place.

“Nice hotel in a convenient location”

The hotel was close to highways and stores you always need when traveling, as well as a couple of malls. We were in town for a sad occasion and the staff was great and compassionate to those needs. Only thing that was a downer was a minor thing. The Continental Breakfast was far better than most, but the lids for the coffee at the breakfast bars didn't fit so well.

“A little disapointed”

"Hot breakfast" cold eggs and bacon, better than nothing. Hot tub out of service and full of trash and leaves. Corridor doors outside of room were open to anyone walking by, should have been card key controlled like the room doors.

Nice place to stay and would stay there again. But the pool and the hot tub where closed. Other then that everything was up to par for the Quality Inn. Lot of stores and resturants near bye.

“Best hotel for the price”

great location, very good price. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I could have stayed there for the whole 3 months if i had not been able to find an apartment for a cheaper price.

I had booked a room with a king bed for three nights and the stay was wonderful. Hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. Great value for the money.

“good deal”

Visiting family for the holidays and just needed a place to sleep. Room was okay, nicely decorated but the walls were filthy. Everytime we turned on the ceiling fa in the bathroom, smokey air would blow in. Stunk! Breakfast was fine in the morning!

“Great option on the area”

This hotel is remarkable clean and comfort, and its personnel really provide excellent service. The continental breakfast is really good. I do not know during weekdays but in the weekend we stayed it was very calm and quiet, even though there were many guests. I definitely recommend this hotel and will be back whenever traveling to that area.
