Luxurious and peaceful

Posted 09-Jun-2014
Pros: comfort and tranquility
Cons: information about how to use gadgets in room and about facilities on site
Location: very central. Local beaches and restaurants. Use tripadvisor to seek out the best in area
the 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment is extremely spacious and luxuriously fitted and furnished. Private underground parking, gated community, private patio area and large pool with plenty of sun beds. The entire complex is extremely clean and well maintained. Beautiful grounds and extremely peaceful. The perfect place to unwind and you dont even have to play golf. Facilities second to none

Posted 04-Sep-2013
Pros: Quality of rooms. Staff. Security. Facilities.
Cons: Bar serve food later
I have never reviewed a hotel before but felt compelled to say how excellent this hotel was. Staff couldn't do enough for me. Golf was amazing. Facilities were outstanding. If I'm being uber critical then the bar lacked a bit of atmosphere as stopped serving food at 8.30.

Lovely golf resort

Posted 27-Aug-2013
Pros: Reception staff very helpful, villa lovely, location good.
Cons: Not much on site for kids, the Kids Club looked rubbish and no organised tennis or football sessions etc. Could do with a mini supermarket
Location: Aqualand 5 mins away, Horse Riding 10 mins away, bike hire organised by Reception (local shop delivers) - and plenty of golf on site if you fancy it
We had a 3 bedroom villa with private pool which was beautiful - only 3 or 4 years old, nice spec. Cleaners came twice in the 7 days we were there.

Definitely will be going back.

Pros: Villa was beautiful and clean. Staff brilliant.
Cons: An umbrella for shade by pool area.
Location: Slide and Splash 15 minutes away. Aldi Supermarket 10 minutes in car. Lidl Supermarket 15 minutes in car, Beautiful Golf Course.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Always available to help. Would have liked a supermarket on Resort We stayed in 3 bed villa with pool. The villa was spotlessly clean, all new appliances. Like being at home. Only stayed for one week, next time will stay longer. The resort was very quiet and peaceful. We arranged for the free shuttle bus to take us in to town one evening and they picked us up from outside our villa and was there waiting to bring us home back to our villa. It was great there were seven of us it was great having our own bus.

Great hotel great views very quiet

Pros: The accommodation. The pool and food at clubhouse
Cons: Mosquitos!! Take spray!! Price if the golf suggest take a package out before arriving.
Location: Good location relatively central to most places in the south. Resort is not within walking distance of anything so car is needed beach is nearby.
We spent 10 nights at this resort. The apartment we had was superb 5* it was clean and tidy with regular visits from the maids we were due 3 cleans during our stay but received 6! All rooms were air conditioned. All furniture was top quality as were all the fixtures and fittings. Bathrooms were immaculate, great showers and all towels provided for pool and showers. We used the communal pool which was a good size and clean. With quality sun loungers for everyone. There was a smaller paddling pool for tots. The resort was stunning surround by 3 golf courses all perfectly manicured and well maintained. The club house was enormous and again clean and tidy food there was the best we had having eaten at various restaurants on our trips out. The price was cheaper than other places with good service. The downside was it was very quite there were lots of vacant properties as such eating at the club house at 9pm we were the only ones there!! Daughter wanted to go to the free kids club but she would have been the only one there!! Bar swimming there is not much to do at the complex. Plenty of opportunity to play golf however comes with a £95 per round price tag invludes buggy shoes clubs etc. the 9 hole par 3 course was £26 adult and £16 child includes clubs In all a great place for a relaxed holiday however will need a car to get around if stay in resort daily will get bored unless like lounging by pool or paying for golf. Beach 10 mins drive away. We would go back

Great golf in superb surroundings.

Pros: Excellent apartment, lovely pool, great golf.
Cons: No complaints.
Location: A car is a must. The nearest town/shops/restaurants are 15 min away. Great for golf but you need to travel for nightlife.
Lovely apartment, spotless and full 'mod cons'. Very very quiet, this is not a party venue and isn't even near one so make your own fun. A car is a must unless you intend staying onsite for the duration, as there are no amenities onsite except the pro shop and bar/restaurant. If you want a lovely quiet time to chill by the pool or to play golf then this is the venue, the O'Conner course is a real treat, the Faldo course is an ordeal, take a deck chair as you are likely to spend a fair amount of your day in the cavernous bunkers!! Golf club, bar and restaurant staff are very friendly and are keen to assist.

Nicely kept ghost town.

Posted 10-Jun-2013
The apartment was fitted and maintained to a high standard, with all mod cons including a fully fitted kitchen. All of the windows had electric shutters, which made us feel safer whilst we were out and at night, especially as the whole complex is a ghost town. I have played both courses and they are both great, but that is the only part of the complex where you can see people. There was no one staying in the apartments or villas, and the shutters were always down, which made it rather creepy. Lovely rooms, but nothing to do, nothing close by, no people, and a bit in the middle of nowhere. Creepy....
