Nice hotel in Sierra Vista
We had a nice stay in Sierra Vista at this hotel while we were visiting family. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was pretty good.

Very satisfied with this property. Had a room with 2 bedrooms and a pullout sofa. Came with a small kitchen and was clean and friendly. Would stay here again.

Property is attractive from the outside. Plenty of parking close to the hotel. Breakfast in the morning had many choices and was well cooked.

Great place to stay
Great service! Our #1 place to stay. It's only a 30 minute drive to Bisbee and we sure love Bisbee. I wish they would change up the breakfast and have more options... but other that, its a great place to stay.

Room and hotel was clean. Staff was responsive and polite. Mattress sank in the middle, uncomfortable. Air conditioner very noisy. TV is in a difficult position to view in the room.

Home away from home.
This was our first time at TownePlace Suites. We were very pleased from the start when we arrived to the day we checked out. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. We certainly will return if the need arises.

Walked in the door and it took Sean 10 minutes to even look up at us while he was on a phone call. Then, we got no information about the hotel. We happen to walk in while Sean was helping another couple and he asked if he had told us about breakfast. I said No..... Then he told us. Great housekeeping, left them a 15.00 tip as they snuck in and did great cleaning and restock. Rooms are nice just ackwardly layed out.

Very clean, everything we needed! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sofa bed was comfy, not worn out at all. The main bed was perfect and I slept so well! We were in a suite with a separate bedroom & sitting area. Each room has its own temp control and tv. Kitchenette has everything you'd need for a vacation visit. Full size fridge, coffee maker, stove top, microwave, all dishes and utensils etc. Bathroom is large, well lit and ventilated, full size mirror, hair dryer, fluffy towels, nice soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Great water pressure and temp. Honestly, this is one of the best hotel stays I've ever had! Breakfast smelled awesome but we slept late so i can't comment on how it was. For the price, this is outstanding.

Best stay ever
Our stay was phenomenal! We were there for a funeral, and the staff all signed a sympathy card and gave it to us. The breakfasts were so delicious, and the variety can’t be beat. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The room and hotel were spotless and up-to-date. The bed was so comfortable. This is probably the best experience we’ve had at a hotel ever. Thank you!

Spur of the moment trip.
After an 8 hour drive, we were ready for a good nights sleep, we were on the first floor, the kids above us ran around for at least two hours, management did nothing! I complained again the next morning ad got the same indifferent attitude. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. Great pool area and very near to several nice restaurants and a few good fast food places. I would stay here again!
