“An oasis in Tuscany”

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel which offerred everything we needed . It provided top class service if a touch stuffy but delivered peace and quiet with top class facilities . Overall prices were in the highest bracket particularly the restaurant and the range of facilities in the wellness centre - little used by ourselves by choice - were as good as any we've experienced. if you've deep pockets and are looking for something different with emphasis on peace then this is the place for you . Not recommended however for children which fortunately were not in evidence during our stay which was for two weeks in early September 2008. We would certainly go back.

“Relaxation in luxury”

Superb and very attractive hotel. A junior suite gave us a lot of lounging space and the patio area was excellent. Pool beautifully situated with lunch facilities on hand. Restaurant served very good food but overall hotel was very quiet in the evenings so we tended to eat in San Gigimagno - only 10 min drive. Recommend the Vecche Mura restaurant - beautiful views from the garden terrace. Hotel is magnificently sited and totally lived up to expectations

“Would recommend”

Nice hotel in lovely surroundings and setting. Room very comfortable and clean. Our only complaint is that the coffee machine at breakfast time was very tempremental and the bar was never open and you had to ask at reception for drinks. It was also difficult to get a drink in the pool area. We did enjoy our stay though and we would reccomend the hotel.

“Great views”

Hotel is modern and functional so lacks a bit of character, but has good facilities and great views from the pool and restaurant areas.Is 10 mins drive from San G but provides a good base for exploring Tuscany.We booked a suite and were a bit disappointed that it was really a bigger room rather than two separate rooms.However, it had a small garden area which was great- suggest you ask for one of these, not sure it has to be a suite to get the garden.
