Además, teniendo en cuenta las temperaturas, los huéspedes suelen pedirnos calefacción en esta época del año y al tener un sistema centralizado no es posible utilizar aire acondicionado y calefacción al mismo tiempo. Intentamos ayudarte ofreciéndote ventiladores para solucionar el problema, pero no los quisiste, porque con el ventilador te habrías resfriado, mientras que con el aire acondicionado no. La caja fuerte está presente en cada habitación, habría bastado con preguntar en recepción, como lo hizo usted para informarnos que la cama no era de su agrado e intervinimos inmediatamente pidiendo que agregara un topper para cada cama para poder hacer la colchón más cómodo.Esperamos que a pesar de estos malentendidos haya podido pasar una agradable estancia en nuestra empresa.Saludos del personal del Hotel Casolare "Le Terre Rosse" y de la familia Niccolini
