This hotel has a great location and the staff especially Chamnan was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated and but overall a great experience staying here. Note: you do hear the music from surrounding bars but that did not interfere with my sleep.

Not many amenities, and we did not use a swimming pool. The location, however, is excellent. Many restaurants, many things to do. Pub Street is very nearby, and the temple is about a 20 minute ride. Staff, was also very, very good. There is no restaurant, but again, there is a great restaurant right next-door.

Close to everything you need.
Lovely large rooms, very comfortable. Large showers with good pressure and hot water. Clean towels everyday. Toiletries provided. Really good breakfast choice. Only thing we found was noisy at night being close to Pub Street. I had ear plugs and had no problem sleeping. Nice swimming pool. Towels provided. Walkable to all areas - pub street, night market, shops etc

The staff was absolutely amazing and the location was great. Right in the middle of the popular areas. The restaurant was delicious and breakfast was great. The property was old, and the linens were stained. The mattress was terrible and the shower was hot/cold, but never a consistent temperature. The pool was pretty dingy. If you want a low hassle hotel for a few days it's a good choice.

Down Town Mr. Brown! Can’t put a price on that!
It’s a great little hotel and I loved the staff, I will truly miss them, great people. Mr.Brown who provides the hotel with complimentary Tuk Tuk shuttles to and from the airport really made my time in Cambodia. He knew exactly where to take us and what we’d want to see, had dinner with him at his family home as well. I highly recommend this hotel and if not for the staff and location than for Mr. Brown. He will make your trip, just as he did ours. He’s got an eye for photography too so if you’re needing someone to take pictures he’s excited to help!

A beautiful little boutique hotel, perfect position. Loved everything about it, staff were fantastic. Absolute value for money. It can be a little loud at night but it didn't bother us we were usually so tired from being out and about in the heat we just passed out. Really loved staying here, will definitely be back ☺️

The staff here are amazing! Helped us get into our room early, booked wonderful private tours for us, and were so friendly!! The breakfast is great, lots of food! Rooms are beautiful with comfy beds. The pool is great after a long day viewing temples!

We booked a room at this hotel for 6 days but due too the noise from a disco across the road had to find alternative accommodation after 3days. The hotel did offer another room but it was totally suitable. The disco on one night stopped at 0530 hrs and another night 0330 hrs so I would not recommend this hotel if you want a good night's sleep.

The hotel is opposite a disco venue , when we were there the music on one night only stopped at 0530 hrs and another night until 0330 hrs. We initially booked into this hotel for 6 days but after 3 we had to find another hotel inorder to get some sleep. The hotel did offer an alternative room but it was totally unsuitable, I would therefore not recommend this hotel, even though the staff are good, as the noise from the disco is totally

Apsara Centrepole Hotel
I loved this hotel. On arrival everything explained about area with some fruit and juice. Its location is in the heart of the city near to pub street, night market and lots of restaurants. The pool was beautiful surrounded by trees, it was a small pool but very refreshing after a long day. The room was well kept and had lemongrass oil burner so the room smell was great. At breakfast you have a huge menu to choose from asian or western style in a great outdoor area. Only negative would be you can hear music in distance at night time but it wasnt loud enough to disturb me.

The location is good near to night market n pub street. Walking distance to so many restaurant n massage place. Staff is friendly n helpful but there was a mice in our room coming out from back of mini fridge. Just to consider if staying here the loud music from pubs n disco is very loud till late morning. Nice hotel locate near Night Market and Pub Street
Apsara is located near the pub street and night market which is just a few minute away. There is a convenience store nearby. The room is quite nice and big enough, the resort decoration is brilliant! But the water tend to be quite hot in the late afternoon as it might be an effect from the hot weather. Although the breakfast is not buffet but there are many choices of a la carte breakfast - it could be better if we can order 1 more set as The portion is not that big. Anyway, a worth paying hotel to visit!

What a Refreshing Change
I loved my stay here. I was here for four nights and I wish I could have stayed longer. I like places like this. It is elegant in an understated unpretentious way. The service was super, always attentive, always smiling. Everyone made me feel as if I were a special, honored guest. The place is small and kinda old, but there is a quality in the way it was built. The room doors are solid, hand-carved tropical hardwood. The same goes for the bed frame and wardrobe. I had room B15. It is a corner room and it is light and airy and has double, French doors that open onto a wrap-around balcony. The bathroom was cute. The breakfast was amazing. Excellent coffee! No bowl of cornflakes from a "breakfast buffet" here. One can enjoy breakfast on the patio and order from either a Western breakfast or an Asian breakfast menu. Each meal is individually prepared. Delicious. Wow! ... and best of all it's cheap. Stay here!

Amazing and helpful staff in great area.
My stay here was very enjoyable. I was upgraded to their sister hotel for one night because the AC in my room was not working and they had to fix it. And then they provided the complimentary ride from one hotel to the other. Very seamless. The staff here is what makes this place so great. They are eager to great you and help you plan your day. The breakfast was enjoyable too, great coffee and good selection to choose from: Asian and Western options. The only complaint I had was that the patio door to my room didn’t close all the way so there were some mosquitos. But everything else made up for that. Especially because you’re just minutes walk from pub street and the night market. Great hotel.

Top location and a nice hotel
Fantastic staff who couldn't be more helpful. Excellent breakfast, comfortable bed and efficient quiet aircon. Two minutes walk from Pub Street and all the night life but amazingly quiet in the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Great location and friendly staff. Had a free airport pickup and a tasty welcome drink and snack. The pool was nice to relax at. The room walls could use a fresh coat of paint and fresh towels.

Nice location
location is nearby pub street, shops & restaurants. 15 minutes by tuk tuk to airport. Hotel lobby & room clean. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Only the night when sleeping, will a bit noise & able to listen music loudly from somewhere.

Fantastic!
Great hotel, absolutely wonderful staff and a very central location, about 50mtrs to Pub Street. The staff at this hotel are unbelievable, always smiling, very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed for 8 nights and would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location to enjoy the bustle of Siem Reap
Fantastic six days at this hotel - great value, lovely clean room with balcony, excellent service and friendly staff - the breakfast and the restaurant food is really good too and the outdoor restaurant is a little oasis in the centre of town. Given its central location, there's a bit of noise at night - but it did not disturb my sleep. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Great hotel very close to all the action.
The hotel was awesome. The staff, food & location was all brilliant. Wi fi not great but wasn’t a problem. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful with planning our days activities. The food was really good and priced well. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Great Hotel.
I am so happy I chose this hotel. I can not fault the hotel in any way. The staff are caring and helpful. The hotel is beautiful. The room I had was excellent. The breakfast was really good. Good small hotel, very close to pub street and night markets. I had a very quiet room, despite being so close to the busy night life. Nice and clean hotel, good choices for breakfast, nice small pool to enjoy at the end of the day.

A hidden gem in a beautiful spot of the world
Upon arrival the first meeting to welcome new guests was at first it seemed like a sales pitch, but after the first day I realized that it was a cultural misunderstanding and they just want your stay in their beautiful country to be that best it can. They are happy to accommodate any and all your tour needs from TukTuks with or with out a guide to SUV with AC {but you'll miss the local experience of the sounds and smells of the city). When my flight was canceled the hotel was happy to help me with extending my time there till I could get a flight home. If or when I make it back to Cambodia this Gem will be my first choice for time in Siem Reap.
