Posted 18-May-2015
Pros:

Pleasant, helpful staff made guests feel welcome. The micro environment of the hotel and grounds was an oasis in this city.

Great hotel, would recommend

Posted 17-May-2015
Pros: Food, pool, close to temples
Cons: Interior possibly could do with a slight freshening up, nothing critical though
Location: About 15 minutes by tuk-tuk to Angkor Wat and the rest of the temples, 10 minutes by (free) shuttle to town centre in evenings
Best welcome we've ever had, cold drink, cold towel and a small gift, early check into room (9am!). Friendly staff, good food/price, nice pool, good rooms. Free airport transfers.

The Best Resort in Siem Reap

Posted 16-May-2015
We stayed here with our 3 year and it was great. The room was quite spacious and a large patio (the patio is large with a bath tub on the 4th floor only). The bathroom was small and the bath tub was old with some cracks but it didn't bother us. The pool was big and nice. The food in the restaurant was good too. Breakfast is definitely a highlight with lot of variety. The staff is polite overall and eager to help. The resort is accessible to all the Angkor sites within 15-20 mins by car.

No funcionaba el wifi en las habitaciones

Posted 15-May-2015
Hotel muy bonito, así como los jardines y piscina. Habitación amplia y confortable. Personal muy amable. Buen desayuno. Único problema, la mala conexión a wifi en las habitaciones.

Big hotel with nice landscape...

Posted 24-Apr-2015
Pros: Away from the city center, very good selection of breakfast buffet and the staffs.
Cons: Maybe rooms could need some new paint in the near future.
Location: The hotel is tuck away from the street so it's nice and quiet. Khmer cultural center is nearby and everything on a tuk tuk is just 10-15 minutes away.
Had a pleasant experienced. No leaking shower or toilet. Everything functioned as they should and did not experienced any power outage either. Wi-fi in the room and the lobby area worked great. The restaurant inside the hotel has good selection.....and I did not get sick. Surprisingly, very little mosquito was around as well. A great thing! The landscape is very well lay out. Lots of mango trees, coconut trees, different types of flower plants and many more. It's located far from the city centre so it's pretty quiet but cost few dollars to grab a tuk tuk that associate with the hotel to get to the town center "Pub Street". The staffs were very attentive and helpful. They did make my stay very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great. They had good varieties of Asian food as well as western items. The swimming pool was big so there's room for kids and for adults. Their fitness facility is nice with enough equipments for a good workout. I would stay at this hotel again. PS.... Mr. Honn (concierge supervisor) was great in helping me with all my transportation need and he did it with a big smile.

lovely hotel with good facilities

Posted 13-Apr-2015
great value for 5 star experience except for evening buffet which was expensive and price not advertised on way into restaurant. However, pool bar,al a carte restaurant and room service were all good. only 3 us$ to the main entertainment area with plenty of good value restaurants. Cambodian food is about flavour rather than heat so really delicious. hotel is traditional tropical style and very elegant.Helpful staff and concierge.
