“what was I thinking”

The hotel was run down. The deadbolt on the door would only work if you lifted the door handle up firmly while you turned it. It took a mans strength to accomplish this. The sheets were too small for the bed and came off constantly when attempting to roll over.The cleaning people did not give hand towels the first night or washclothes the second night. We asked for a cot and were told "I think there might be one in storage". It was never produced nor did anyone follow up with any reasons or excuses. Yes I was hoping to save money by staying at this hotel. I should have taken my tent.
