“Pinetops best!!”

Super nice people,you could tell they CARE!!Hot breakfast,good coffee,popcorn and cookies for snacks...yum! I saved the best for last...hot showers with great water pressure! I thought I'd died and gone to heaven! Love Love Love this place!

Area recommendations
All of Pinetop is amazing,tons to do from shopping to treasure hunting at the antique and thrift stores,just being in the pines is more than enough to tempt someone out of the valley,but add all the great diners and it's all good!

“Woodlands in Pinetop”

Woodlands is very comfortable. Polite and friendly owners and staff. Pet friendly with a convenient wooded area to walk dogs. A good value. Free WIFI in room. A good choice for business travlers.

“Great Service”

Very nice stay. Hotel was on a par with anything else in town, but the service, friendliness, and attentiveness of the staff made this a standout.

“not again”

“It was OK”

This appears to be a refurbished hotel, small, with older furnishings. It was OK for an overnight but I would not stay for an extended period. I didn't see any common area or pool.....

Area recommendations
The area around the hotel is convenient to dining, recreation, and right on the main hwy, but still quiet.

“Great value”

On site breakfast consisted of waffles, biscuts and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, Juice bar, oat meal and cold cereal and fresh fruit.
