Apartment was old, lounge was pathetic, room really small. Air con was from the 80s and loud as airplane jet. Toilet was bad. Shower, had a heating head which was not functioning. Eventually end up taking shower in cold water.
Breakfast buffet had hardly any choice and food wasn't fresh either.
Staff was struggling to communicate in English, realistically there was only one staff that could speak any English.
Fail of a hotel.

Other than the location, good view of the ocean and excellent buffet breakfast included in the price, I was not impressed with the hotel. Customer service is lacking other than one very helpful young lady at the front desk.
I really liked my stay at this hotel. Very confortable and clean room, the bathroom was nice with a great shower, the receptionists of the hotel gave me all the necessary support, it was very close to everything, taxis were available all the time, the breakfast was yummy and with a great variety.
The only negative point was the conditioned air equipment ... the flap was broken and it was impossible to control the direction of the air.
Besides that...I definetely recommend it.
