"4 of us had a fabulous stay at this beautiful hotel. The setting and gardens were amazing. The staff were very welcoming and I phoned in advance to request the Jane Room as it was my sisters birthday who’s name is Jane and the lady I spoke to was very accommodating. (I had read a previous review where a guest had stayed in this suite) My sister said it was a lovely room and a thoughtful touch. Our room was lovely, but a bit dated and tired in places, as was the rest of the hotel, but this didn’t detract from the wonderful stay we had. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was plentiful and tasty, but nothing special. However, we will definitely return."

"Excellent service as I requested a happy birthday message to my husband and it turned out to be a few balloons, warm bday card in the room plus 2 free drinks at the bar. All staffs were friendly and helpful. Location is great, big car park £6 for 24hours parking. Bus to town is just outside. Breakfast was lovely, good range of choices, my daughter especially enjoyed the yogurt drinks and the mixed bowls. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room are small, but still able to enjoy for about 10 mins in the hot room during the 30 mins session. Must book in advance!! Whole environment is nicer than I expected with lovely staffs which gave us a pleasant stay."

"From check in to check out we were very impressed . We had a drink in a very smart, comfortable bar before going up to our room . The room was spacious , clean and vey comfortable . We loved the ‘Dove’ products . Nice touch . We slept well and enjoyed a hearty breakfast next morning before checking out .. Overall a happy experience ! "
