"Very happy with their customer service!"
We booked non-smoking rooms and ended up getting the smoking ones. We could smell it especially in the bathroom. After complaining about it, the manager apologised and immediately upgraded our rooms to Suite. He also organised a chocolate cake for my father, knowing it was his birthday on the 3rd day of our stay! Amazing customer service!

"Lovely Room, but WiFi Additional Charge"
We were greeted by very polite staff on arrival. Easy check in and we were upgraded to a room with a view. Amazing view and very spacious room. Great shower, comfy bed and lovely sheets. Only downside was having to order WiFi and pay for it. Minimal charge but should be inclusive. Otherwise, highly recommended.
