"Excellent hotel, facilities brilliant!"
Hotel is clean and fresh and the staff are on hand for your every need. Courtesy bus to local town was a godsend. The hotel is excellent and facilities second to none. Could not recommend it more. A business centre allows you access to up to date computing and printing facilities, restaurants are aplenty and and the room service lovely. Staff available for everything 24/7 via your room telephone offering every service you could need, right down to having your shoes polished.

"Good location in Shinjuku"
We stayed at this hotel since we were meeting our tour group here to climb Mt. Fuji. The location is close to Shinjuku station which was nice when arriving from Narita airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we forwarded our luggage to Kyoto. The restaurant where we had breakfast was fine and opened at 5:00 AM which worked out well since our tour started at 6:15 AM. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. If I was staying in Shinjuku again I would not hesitate to stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel.

"Better than a hotel"
It was a wonderful experience to stay 4 nights at Hundred Stay Shinjuku in our trip to Tokyo. There was a big Wow factor when we enter the triple beds suite 1612. It is specious compared to even American size hotel room. Nice view to look down at Tokyo metropolitian. Staff were friendly. Breakfast, though same everyday, was nice to wake up to. Very accessibe to Okubo and Shinokubo station. My daughter loved the Udon restaurant downstairs. Highly recommended. Will come back here next time.

"Great location, great view, high price!"
We could afford to stay here only thanks to a big-discount coupon -- special treat! The lobby is spartan and not inviting, but with the spectacular views from the rooms, who cares? Those overlooking Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bldg. (Tōkyō Tochō), are especially pleasing. That building has two observation towers that are free and one is open into the evening for the night views.

"Newly renovated, close to Tokyo Metro station"
Our room was newly renovated and some floors are still being done. There was no construction noise. Very clean, great staff who speak English. Free wifi has good speed. The only downside is the room is small as well as the bathroom. 30 seconds from the subway, Lawson, and a coffee shop. Coco's curry and McDonald's are across the street. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

"Nice hotel with good metro access"
Staff was very courteous and helpful. We requested for extension of room for 2 hrs after checkout time of 11 a.m. But that is available on paid basis. Bit disappointed on that. But overall experience good. More English speaking staff recommended.

Pocket Guide: Shinjuku, Tokyo Business Hotels

This sprawling business, commercial, and entertainment center never lets up. It is a modern Japanese phenomenon with shopping arcades, flashing neon signs, stand-up noodle bars, and side-street video screens. Some two million people pass through the train station alone. Futuristic-looking City Hall offers a free observation deck with great city views.
