"Great hotel, location, staff"
My husband and I stayed here in December for the Mooneyes show, and were really happy from arrival to leaving, we stayed for a week. The hotel is a little confusing to find, as Tokyo is soooo busy ! But after a few days, became quite familiar. We felt very safe, and the staff were great, especially the young guy who was on mainly the evenings and into the morning. I'm sorry I can't remember his name, but he spoke brilliant English, and made a booking for us at the Robot resturant, as well as drawing us maps and giving directions and advise on various things. He was so lovely to talk with and nothing was a problem. A great asset to the hotel. Breakfast was great and lots of variety, room was ok, pillows a little uncomfortable, but we were too tired to care at the end of the week ! My advise is to learn done basic Japanese, as English isn't widely spoken. We loved Tokyo and the people, and found most people very respectful and helpful if you show them the same respect. We would love to come back with our children, and will definately stay here again.

This sprawling business, commercial, and entertainment center never lets up. It is a modern Japanese phenomenon with shopping arcades, flashing neon signs, stand-up noodle bars, and side-street video screens. Some two million people pass through the train station alone. Futuristic-looking City Hall offers a free observation deck with great city views.
