Hi, I am your customer for several months and all hotel reservations made through your website Latest booking confirmation: Dear Nemtal, Thanks for booking with us. That’s all done for you so now you can look forward to your stay. Your Hotels.com Confirmation Number is 118632507703. I would like complain that I have done on Latest booking the information about the location of the hotel is not right and was found in search I asked the hotel is situated 22 km elected from the city itself Consequently was caused me mental anguish and I had to pay for another hotel accommodation Thanks in advance and waiting for your reply as still pending

Fantastic location ... once found
Fantastic location but very difficult to find as Hotels.com reported it as being in Shimla, rather than the reality of being 20km distant. Also not so impressed after difficult 16 hour journey from Delhi (holiday traffic and minor landslips following monsoon rain) to be told at midnight by reception that there was no booking. Strength of following 'discussion' eventually proved we did indeed have a booking. Rooms and hotel facilities very tired now when once must have been special. But still recommended as an interesting place to stay out of Shimla.

최악의 호텔임. 호텔수준이 아니고 민박수준임. 호텔닷컴의 예약 컨펌도 안됐다고 함. 추운날 가족들과 밖에서 노숙했음. 춥고 배고파 근처 호텔에서 저녁 식사하는데 근처호텔 역시 바가지 요금. 6명이서 43만원 내고 허접한 인도식 먹음..
