“They care but the facilities ar not upto the standard”

Our room was only straightened out but never cleaned. When I walked in the room I found food stuck on the tables and dirt (leftover seed shells) on the floor. The bed wasn't comfortable and the bathroom had bad lighting. The bathroom was also not the cleanest. for them the only cleaning required is the toilet bowl not the floor and the walls. I found that to be the same at all 5 star hotels I stayed at in China. The faucets, water mixers were the cheapest they could find in China more water leaks out than is funneled to where it needs to go on your body or hands. The air-conditioning was weak and you can see that the ducts were never cleaned. Black residue was on the ceiling in front of the air vents to prove it. This hotel doesn't deserve its stars for the facilities but the staff do car about your personl wellbig and do try to help you .
