“Realistically reviewed throughly”

Great location, horrible condition inside your room, tv was broken, shower pressure sucks, horrible how they arranged your furniture, not a bad priced hotel, same breakfast everyday.

“glad i chose this hotel”

from the online photos of the hotel to being really inside, i was so very glad that i chose this hotel. the facilities all around was most convenient and suited me. the restaurants are high standard, food was good, and many choices. massage palour was just down the elevator, so relax after a days outing. cross the bridge was the crazy shopping malls, and crossing boarder to Hong Kong. Next to the hotel building, also bus terminal to many areas within China. Amazing. Most important.....it was clean clean clean. makes a good night sleep. Love the place, good price too ! will definately go there again.

In Shenzen, Guangzhou, two years ago i was also there, and stay in the centre of town near the Hong Kong crossing boarder. it ended up that the hotel was like a less then 3 star accommodation in our standard, n each time needs to take a taxi to go to most of anywhere. the enviroment does not make one feel safe, n the beddings are not so clean. This time, I caught the promotional period with the price, and that the hotel was most satisfactory to me, feels like in a 4 + star hotel. most of where i want to go is within walking distance. Happy with the choice, will stay there again in my next trip.

“Good Location, Great Staff, Great Place to Stay”

We love the Felicity and have stayed 6 times during our travels to China. It is one of the few hotels with soft beds at the price that they offer. The hotel is clean, new, service is good, and the location is great for shopping a Luhou station.

“Shenzhen Lowu area”

Alright hotel, when you consider how dated it is. The location is good and in fact less then a block away you would pay $100 more. You can be a little farther away in Futian but not as convenient if you are shopping or crossing border.

“Hotel is older but clean”

I've stayed at the hotel for the 3rd time. The quality of the hotel has gone down. The hotel is worn but clean. Our washroom tiles were all cracked and plastered up. The carpets were badly stained but I noticed this was common in Asia. Reno's are definitely required. But the service was prompt and satisfactory. But I have to comment that customer service needs to be improved. May stay there again in the future... hopefully they will make improvements.

“Large room and toilet, great location but service is not so good”

location is great. room is large and clean. toilet is large and nice. Also has a free shuttle to lowu station. but my room has water dropping from aircondition and no one come to fix it.

Pack very little if you plan to have items tailored. Remember that the April climate is humid and in the 70's and 80' during the day.
